Madison United States
Commercial video production for Madison
Madison is Wisconsin's capital, laid out on an isthmus between Lake Mendota and Lake Monona and shared by state government, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, health care, software, research and food businesses. Notlith makes commercial films for organizations here remotely, from your own photographs, screens and brand assets, with creative direction, AI-assisted motion, editing, color and sound.
Remote production · From your photos

A dome on a strip of land between two lakes
Downtown Madison occupies a narrow isthmus, with the State Capitol at its center and State Street running west to the university campus. Around the lakes, neighborhoods and nearby towns such as Middleton, Fitchburg, Verona and Sun Prairie hold research parks, software and insurance employers, clinics and manufacturers. On Saturdays from spring into fall, the Dane County Farmers' Market circles Capitol Square with vendors selling what they produce.
That mix gives local advertising an unusual spread. A cheesemaker's wrapper, a lab instrument, a hotel near Monona Terrace and a near east side café may all need film in the same month, and each starts from different material. We plan every film around what your photographs can truthfully support.

Campus, Capitol and a hard winter set the rhythm
Students arrive in late August, football fills Camp Randall on fall Saturdays, World Dairy Expo comes to the Alliant Energy Center in October, and then the lakes freeze for much of the winter. Summer brings evenings on the Memorial Union Terrace and concerts on the Capitol lawn. Each season changes who is in town and what they are looking for.
We build master films that can carry seasonal versions, changing text, music and the order of shots while your product or space stays exactly as photographed. University, team and event marks appear only where you are entitled to use them.

Remote by design, with a clear boundary
Our work covers product films, social ads, restaurant, hotel, property and venue films, corporate and recruiting pieces, and AI-assisted commercials. All of them start from good photographs and facts you approve. Deliverables, formats, review rounds and usage are set out in the quote before production begins.
Notlith has no office or camera team in Madison. Interviews, live events, game days and aerial views over the isthmus call for local capture, and we are glad to say so. When you have that footage, we can edit, grade and score it together with photo-based sequences.

Venue films
Welcoming guests? We film your venue too.
Restaurant, hotel, shop or property: from your photos, we make a hybrid film that makes people want to visit.

Preparing your film
Which Madison organizations suit this method?
Makers and food brands with good product photos, software and research firms with clean screens or diagrams, hotels, restaurants and venues with current interior images, and service businesses with documented work. We review your material before proposing a scope.
Can the film show the Capitol or the lakes?
Only through photography you have the right to use, and only where it is relevant to your business. We do not generate real landmarks and present them as filmed.
Can you work with university departments or state agencies?
Where their procurement allows a remote supplier, yes. We plan approval rounds with several signatories and accessibility needs such as captions from the start.
What should we send first?
The purpose of the film, where it will run, a representative set of photos or screens and the details viewers must recognize. We assess these before suggesting a sequence.
