Commercial video production for Knoxville
Knoxville grew up where the Holston and French Broad rivers meet to form the Tennessee, and it served as the state's first capital. Today it is a university city, the headquarters of a federal power agency and a gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains. Notlith makes commercial films for its businesses remotely, from the photographs, drawings and references you already hold, with creative direction, AI-assisted imagery and motion, editing, color and sound. We have no office or crew in East Tennessee.
Remote production · From your photos

Campus, power agency and research corridor
The main campus of the University of Tennessee sits just west of downtown, the Tennessee Valley Authority keeps its headquarters in the city, and Oak Ridge National Laboratory lies a short drive west. Around them work engineering firms, contractors, hospitals and suppliers whose products are often technical and sometimes cannot be photographed at all.
For those organizations a film usually starts from diagrams, renderings, approved text and a few cleared photographs. We turn that material into a clear sequence and mark every generated element for your reviewers, so nothing in the edit suggests a facility, a result or a partner that your team has not approved.

Gay Street, Market Square and the Old City
Downtown Knoxville is compact. Gay Street runs past the Tennessee Theatre and the Bijou, Market Square fills with tables and a seasonal farmers market, and the Old City keeps its brick warehouses along Jackson Avenue. The Sunsphere, built for the 1982 World's Fair, still rises over World's Fair Park and the convention center.
Restaurants, shops, hotels and venues here compete for the same evening and weekend visitor. We build their films from current photographs of the actual rooms and storefronts, and use licensed images of nearby landmarks only as context, never to suggest a view or an address the business does not have.

Ridges, lakes and the mountains beyond
To the south, the Urban Wilderness links trails and quarries close to downtown; Knoxville was once called the Marble City for the Tennessee marble cut in the area. To the north and east lie TVA reservoirs such as Norris and Douglas lakes, and the Great Smoky Mountains rise to the southeast.
Outdoor brands, lake services, property sellers and lodging all lean on that landscape. We keep it truthful: the product stays exactly as photographed, a view is shown only when it belongs to the property, and seasons are named honestly. Footage of real people on real trails or water still needs a camera, and a local crew is the right choice for that.

What we make for Knoxville businesses
From your material we create product films, social video ads, restaurant and bar films, hotel films, real estate videos, venue and shop films, event promotion, corporate films, service promos and AI advertising films. Every demo on this site is a fictional concept and labeled as one. We claim no Knoxville clients.
Formats, language versions, review rounds and usage are agreed in the quote after we have seen what you can send. Projects can also combine our remote work with footage filmed by a crew you hire locally.

A place to show off? We turn it into a film.
Our films go beyond products: dining room, terrace, suite or office, we showcase your space from your own images.

Preparing your film
Can the film show the Sunsphere or the Smokies?
Yes, from your own or licensed photographs, as context. We do not generate landmarks and present them as real footage, and we do not imply a mountain or river view your premises do not have.
Can you work with material that has been through a security review?
Yes. We work only from the images, drawings and text your organization has cleared, and we share the script and frame board for approval before generating anything.
Do you need to visit Knoxville?
No. The work is done remotely from your files. If the project needs interviews or live coverage, a local crew can film them and we can edit that footage into the film.
What should we send first?
Your objective, the placements you plan, current photographs and the details viewers must recognize. We review them before proposing a sequence.
