A product film that makes sense on a Las Vegas booth screen

Introduce your product clearly to visitors who may join the film halfway through.

Design for a moving audience

The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority describes trade shows as a setting for product announcements and launches. That supports a focused brief for exhibitors: a visitor passing a screen needs to recognize the product and understand one reason to stop. We propose an advertising film built around that brief, rather than footage of an event. Notlith has no affiliation with the convention authority or the shows mentioned in its destination information.

Proposed story: a reveal that returns to its start

Imagine a packaged beverage launch. The complete can appears first, followed by a close look at the approved label, a change of lighting that reveals the surface and a final composition with the product name. The ending can be designed to reconnect with the opening so that repeated playback feels intentional. This is an original proposed treatment; the existing can demonstration is a reference for the medium, not a finished version of that loop.

Keep essential copy on screen long enough to read at the intended viewing distance. The story must still work with the sound off. A separate audio mix may support the website version, but music should not carry information that booth visitors need to understand.

Bring the actual screen specification

Before confirming deliverables, send the screen dimensions, pixel resolution, playback requirements and any safe-area instructions supplied by your exhibit team. An unusually wide LED wall may require a different composition from a standard video. Photographs should show the full product and its label without glare. If several variants share the screen, define which SKU is the hero and how their names differ.

Prepare the asset remotely before the event

Notlith develops the visual sequence from your photos and approved artwork, then assembles the AI-assisted imagery with editing, color and sound. The service does not include event filming, live switching or a crew in Las Vegas. A film cannot establish booth attendance, customer reactions or an endorsement. If you need those records, arrange actual footage with an event production provider.

Quote the complete playback set

Specify your first playback date, approval contact and where the film will appear after the show. A booth version and a website version can have different openings, text sizes and endings. We quote the agreed set and confirm a feasible delivery schedule after reviewing the brief. Screen testing with your exhibition equipment remains part of preparing the final playback, and should happen before travel.

Planning your Las Vegas film

Can you guarantee the film will work on our Las Vegas LED wall?

We need the actual technical specification and a playback test with your exhibit team. Standard video dimensions alone do not establish compatibility with a custom LED wall.

Can the film carry our booth number?

Yes, as approved artwork for your own event participation. Supply the correct number and show details. Organizer marks or sponsor logos require suitable permission and do not imply a Notlith partnership.

Does this include filming visitors at the show?

No. This is a remotely produced promotional asset built from references. Interviews, live demonstrations and event coverage require real filming arranged separately.
