Commercial video production for Indianapolis

Make a new product easy to recognise, then distinguish the standard model from the accessories a buyer may choose.

Prepare a product story for more than one screen

Visit Indy provides an interactive map of its convention campus, including exhibit halls. For a business preparing a product presentation, that setting suggests a useful question: will the film be watched on a display without sound, on a phone, or on a product page? This is a proposed use case, not evidence of participation in an Indianapolis event.

Start with a full view of the item and its model name. A detail of a closure, connector or texture can follow, but the viewer should understand which product those details belong to.

Define what is in the box

Supply current photographs, the variant list and a list of included parts. An accessory shown beside the product should be labelled when sold separately. Do not combine the finish of one reference with the shape of another.

If the product is demonstrated in use, define the action and the conditions it depends on. Editing should not imply resistance, capacity or compatibility that the supplied specifications do not establish.

Review the silent and mobile versions

Choose a short sequence that still makes sense with captions and no soundtrack. Keep the item fully visible in its main view and reserve tight crops for secondary details. Any event name or logo requires your approval and appropriate rights.

Notlith works remotely on creative direction, imagery, editing, colour and sound. Formats, versions and any reference-grid pricing are scoped in the quote; this page does not provide an on-site crew or event booking.

Preparing your film

Should the accessory appear in the hero shot?

Only when its inclusion or optional status is unambiguous. A separate labelled shot can be clearer.

Can the same master work on a stand and online?

Often, with separately reviewed framing, caption size and ending. State the display dimensions in the brief.

Can you reproduce a technical specification?

We use your approved specifications. A cinematic demonstration does not verify them.
