Event video in Madison: promos before the doors open
Most event films are needed before the event exists on camera. Exhibitors need a booth loop, organizers need a teaser, speakers need a promo. We make those remotely from your photos, product images, programs and brand assets, with AI-assisted motion, editing and sound. In Madison that often means the Alliant Energy Center, Monona Terrace or the summer calendar on Capitol Square.

Exhibiting at the Alliant Energy Center
The Alliant Energy Center hosts trade shows and expos through the year, including World Dairy Expo each fall, which brings the dairy industry to Madison. An exhibitor needs a loop for the booth screen and a short teaser for email and social before the show. Both can be built from product photos and specifications.
A booth loop is often watched without sound from a few steps away, so we make the product large, keep text short and repeat the key message. Equipment, genetics or feed products are shown only with features you document. Show logos appear only with the organizer's permission.

Conferences by Lake Monona
Monona Terrace, built from a Frank Lloyd Wright design, sits on the lakeshore beside downtown and hosts conferences and meetings. Organizers can use a teaser built from speaker headshots, session titles and venue photos they are licensed to use. Speaker promos follow the same template, one per person, with names and titles approved.
We do not generate a packed hall or an applauding audience. If the conference is new, the film sells the program and the speakers, not imaginary attendance. Registration links, dates and fees stay on cards you confirm.

Summer on the Square
Art Fair on the Square in July and Taste of Madison over Labor Day weekend fill Capitol Square, and artists, vendors and food stands promote their presence beforehand. A short film can show the work or the dishes you will bring, your booth location once confirmed, and the dates.
These events have their own names and marks, so we use them only as permitted and avoid any suggestion of official status. Your work stays exactly as photographed, color included, because buyers will compare it with what they see on the day. If your booth number or dates change, the cards update without a new edit.

A recap needs real footage
We cannot invent what happened at your event. A credible recap needs real photos and video from the day, taken by a photographer, a crew or your own team, with consent from those pictured. We then edit, grade, add music and titles, and cut versions for different channels.
If you plan a recap, decide before the event what it should show and share that list with whoever captures it. We can prepare the shot list with you, so the footage covers the moments the final film needs.

Plan the details
Can you promote an event that has never taken place?
Yes, by focusing on the program, the venue and the people involved, from photos you are allowed to use. We do not depict crowds or results.
Do you attend events in Madison?
No, we have no crew in Madison. For coverage on the day, work with a local photographer or videographer, and we can edit their footage.
Can our promo feature the Monona Terrace building?
Through licensed photography, and with the venue's agreement where required. We do not generate the building.
Which formats suit a booth screen?
Usually a silent landscape loop at the screen's native resolution, plus vertical cuts for social. We confirm the screen specification with you.
Start with your images
Send the event name, date, venue, program and the images you are allowed to use, and we will suggest a promo sequence.
