Video production company in Madison: one library, a year of films

Organizations in Madison often need video in many small pieces through the year rather than one big production. We work as a remote video production company: you supply photographs, screens and brand assets, and we handle concept, script, AI-assisted motion, editing, color, music and sound. We have no crew in Madison, which shapes what we take on and what we pass to local teams.

One photo library, four seasons of use

Madison looks completely different in July and January, and so do the messages local organizations send. We start by organizing your photos into a library: products, spaces, people with consent, seasonal views. From it we build a master film, then refresh it for summer on the lakes, fall on campus, winter and spring without starting over.

This suits organizations with recurring campaigns, such as a retailer, a museum shop, a hotel or a membership group. Each refresh changes text, music and the order of shots, never the facts shown in the images. The library also makes it easier to brief a new agency or staff member later.

Working with the photographer you already know

If you already work with a local photographer, we can prepare a shot list so the next session also feeds your films: wide views, details, the steps of a process and portrait framing. Stills captured with motion in mind give us much more to work with than material shot without a plan.

Before production, we tell you which images are usable and which need replacing. If a photo cannot support a camera move without distorting the subject, we simplify the shot rather than invent missing detail.

Approvals with many signatures

University departments, health systems, state agencies and larger companies often need several people to sign off: communications, legal, accessibility, leadership. We plan review rounds around that chain, with clear stages, one consolidated feedback document per round and a record of approved wording. Public bodies may also ask for a plain-language check.

Captions are included, and audio description or translated versions can be scoped when required. Ownership and usage of the delivered films are set out in the quote, so every approver knows what has been agreed.

When to hire a crew instead

Interviews, live performances, sports, events and documentary moments need real capture. Aerial views over the isthmus need a licensed drone pilot, who also handles airspace permissions. In those cases a local crew is the right choice, and we can edit their footage, grade it and combine it with photo-based sequences.

We say so early if a shoot suits your project better, before anyone writes a brief for the wrong method. A project can also combine both: a crew for the interview, our studio for the product and place sequences around it.
