Event video in Des Moines: promos for exhibitors, conferences and galas
Not every Des Moines event promo is for the organizer. A food vendor at the Iowa State Fair, a sponsor at a conference in Hy-Vee Hall or a nonprofit hosting a spring gala each has its own audience to persuade. Notlith produces event promotion videos remotely from your photos, artwork, line-ups and any cleared footage, with AI-assisted motion, editing and sound, so the right people show up at the right place.

Your stand is the event
The fair draws crowds every August to the fairgrounds on the east side of the city, and the challenge for a vendor or exhibitor is not attendance but being found. A useful promo names the building or the street on the grounds, shows the product as it is served and gives one reason to make the detour. Treat it as a short invitation to your own corner of a much larger event.
We never present your stand as an official part of the fair's own marketing, and we do not use its marks unless you hold permission. If you are a returning vendor, real photos from previous years carry more weight than anything we could generate.

Conferences in Hy-Vee Hall and beyond
Insurance, agriculture and public-sector conferences held at the Iowa Events Center sell on the agenda, not the atmosphere. A registration film works when it shows who is speaking, what attendees will be able to do afterwards and how to get there, including the skywalk link from downtown hotels if that applies to your venue.
Speakers appear only from approved headshots, and their titles follow your confirmed program. When a session changes, a planned text layer lets us update the version without rebuilding the edit.

Gala evenings and fundraising nights
A gala promo has two audiences: guests deciding whether to buy a seat and sponsors deciding whether to be associated with the night. The first needs the setting, dress code and date; the second needs to see where its name will appear. We build separate cuts for each from the same material.
Photos of the actual ballroom or hall matter more than any effect. We do not fill an empty room with generated guests, and we keep any figure about funds raised to what your board has published.

Race weekends and outdoor dates
April brings the Drake Relays to Drake Stadium, and road races and charity runs use downtown streets and the trails around Gray's Lake through warmer months. A promo for a race or an outdoor festival should be clear about the route, the start time and what happens if the weather turns, because Iowa spring and autumn weather can change quickly.
Route maps, packet pickup details and sponsor logos come from your organizing documents. For coverage of the day itself you need a photographer or camera operator on site; we can cut a recap from that footage afterwards.

Plan the details
Can you make a promo for our fair food stand?
Yes, from photos of your real food, signage and stand. We show what customers will actually be served and point them to where you are on the grounds.
Can we use the Iowa State Fair logo?
Only if you have written permission to use it. Otherwise the promo refers to the fair in plain words and focuses on your own brand.
Do you film events in Des Moines?
No. We work remotely and have no crew in Iowa. We can edit footage captured by your own photographer or videographer into recaps and future promos.
How many versions should we plan?
Often an announcement, a reminder close to the date and a short last call. The quote lists each version, its format and the review rounds included.

Send us the event date and place, your role in it, photos of the venue or stand and any cleared footage, and we will suggest a first cut.
