Event Videos in Tucson, built for the cool-season calendar

Tucson concentrates much of its public calendar in the cooler months, from the gem and mineral shows of late winter to the Festival of Books in March and the cycling events of November. Notlith makes promotional event videos remotely, before the date, from your photographs, past footage, venue plans and brand files. We do not send a crew to cover the day itself; we help the right people decide to come.

Gem show season: one booth among many addresses

Each winter the Tucson Gem, Mineral and Fossil Showcase spreads across hotels, tents, warehouses and the convention center for several weeks. For an exhibitor, the hard part is rarely the minerals. It is telling buyers which show, which building and which room to find you in, and on which dates.

We build short pieces around that information: the stones or jewelry you will bring, photographed as they are, then a clear card with venue, booth number and opening days. Color is checked against your reference photos so a turquoise or an amethyst does not drift into a shade you cannot deliver.

Talks, signings and a festival on campus

The Tucson Festival of Books fills the University of Arizona mall with tents and stages. A publisher, author or sponsor promoting a session there has a narrow window and a crowded program to compete with. The video needs the title, the speaker’s approved portrait, the tent and the time, readable on a phone.

We animate book covers, quotes and portraits you have rights to, without generating a likeness of a speaker who never recorded anything. If the festival’s own name or logo appears, follow the organizers’ guidance for partners; we keep the rest of the design clearly yours.

Rodeo week, parades and private parties

La Fiesta de los Vaqueros brings a rodeo and a parade to Tucson every February, and bars, restaurants and venues run their own events around it. A western-themed night, a dance or a corporate hospitality evening can be promoted with a short film built from your venue photos and last year’s pictures.

We do not borrow the rodeo’s marks, invent riders or suggest an official connection you do not have. Your video says what you host, when, for whom and how to book. If alcohol is part of the offer, the edit follows Arizona advertising rules that you or your adviser confirm.

Rides, races and respect for community traditions

El Tour de Tucson in November and the many group rides heading toward Mount Lemmon create demand from bike shops, sponsors and charities. Route maps, start areas and dates must come from the organizer’s current information; a generated landscape cannot stand in for the actual course.

Some local events are not marketing occasions. The All Souls Procession and Tucson Meet Yourself belong to the community and the families who take part. We will not use their imagery for a commercial message, and we advise a respectful tone for any business mentioning them.

Plan the details

Can you film our booth during the gem shows?

No, we work remotely before the event. For coverage on the day, hire a Tucson crew; we can then edit their footage into a recap or next year’s promotion.

Our dates or venue might change. What then?

We keep date, venue and booth details in a separate text layer, so an updated version can be exported quickly without reworking the visuals.

Can the video use last year’s photos?

Yes, if you hold the rights and the people shown agreed to promotional use. A caption can state that the images come from a previous edition.

Which formats do we get?

Typically a vertical cut for stories and reels, a square or horizontal version for feeds and email, and a still for listings. The exact list is set in the quote.

Start with your images

Tell us the event, its date and venue in Tucson, who should attend, and send the photos you can use; we will propose a promotion plan.
