Social Video Ads in Tucson, paced by campus and season

A Tucson ad set rarely runs the same way all year. The university calendar changes who is in town, winter brings seasonal residents and visitors, and many audiences read in English and Spanish. Notlith produces short social video ads remotely from your photos, product files and brand assets, with AI-assisted motion, editing and sound, in sets of variations you can rotate as the city changes around you.

Writing for the academic year

When classes start at the University of Arizona in August, the blocks around Main Gate Square, University Boulevard and Fourth Avenue change overnight. Apartment managers, gyms, food spots and phone shops compete for new arrivals. Their ads need to state the offer, the address and the move-in deadline in the first seconds.

In May the audience thins and shifts to parents, graduates and summer residents. We plan a back-to-campus set and a quieter summer set from the same assets. Wildcats marks, campus buildings and mascots stay out unless you hold a license.

English and Spanish as two ads, not one subtitle

Tucson sits a little over an hour north of the border at Nogales, and Spanish is common in shops, media and family life across the region. An ad that simply subtitles English often reads stiffly. We write the Spanish version as its own piece, from a native speaker’s copy, with on-screen text sized for the longer phrasing.

Targeting, platform language settings and which version runs where are your media team’s decisions. We deliver clearly named files so both versions can be tested side by side without confusion. A bilingual cut, with both languages on screen, is a third option for shops whose customers switch between them.

Cool-season feeds and summer feeds

From late fall to spring, Tucson feeds fill with hiking, golf, patio dinners and visitors planning trips. In June and July the same people scroll for pools, cold drinks, indoor activities and evening plans after the heat breaks. An outdoor gear shop or a café can run two creative directions a few months apart.

We build each set with the light and props of its season, so a July ad does not show a sweater and a December one does not promise a swim. Weather in the ad is atmosphere only, never a forecast or a product claim.

Openings that work with the sound off

Most social viewing starts muted. Each ad opens on the product, the dish or the place within the first second, with a short line of text, then uses sound to reward people who tap in. Captions are burned in for both languages.

A typical set includes three hooks on one body, in vertical and square formats, so you can see which opening holds attention. Platform disclosure for AI-generated imagery is applied where required, and the final list of variants is fixed in the quote.

Plan the details

Can the ad mention Wildcats games?

You can refer to a game-day offer in plain text. Team names, logos and broadcast images need a license that you hold or obtain.

How many variations should we start with?

Three hooks on one body is a practical start. After the first results, we can extend whichever version keeps viewers watching.

Do you manage the ad spend?

No, we produce the creative. Your team or agency handles targeting, budgets and placements; we deliver files named for each placement.

Can user photos from our followers appear?

Only with the creator’s written permission for paid use. We do not generate fake customers or testimonials.
