Event Videos in Chattanooga: regatta weekends, river stages and convention days
Chattanooga’s event calendar leans on its river: rowing in the fall, concerts and festivals along the waterfront in warmer months, and conferences at the convention center through the year. Notlith makes event promos and recap videos remotely, from the program, maps, photographs and footage your organizers confirm. We write, edit, grade, score and mix, and every detail on screen is tied to a fact you have approved.

Head of the Hooch weekend from the organizer’s side
On the first full weekend of November, the Head of the Hooch regatta brings rowing crews and their supporters to the Tennessee River. For a club, a sponsor or a nearby business, the useful promo is not the race itself but the information around it: where to watch, where boats are rigged, how to get there and where to eat afterwards.
We build those films from official maps, your own photographs and text approved by the people responsible. The regatta’s name and logo appear only with permission from its organizers; otherwise we refer to the weekend in neutral wording. Generated crowds or boats are never presented as the actual event.

Conference days at the convention center
Associations and companies bringing a meeting to the Chattanooga Convention Center need short films that do practical work: a save-the-date for members, a session teaser, a sponsor loop for the foyer screens. Each version has a different viewer, a different length and a different moment in the run-up.
We assemble them from your agenda, speaker photos supplied with consent, and venue images you are allowed to use. When a speaker or a session changes, we update the affected version rather than the whole set, so the promo stays accurate up to the opening morning.

When the forecast decides the program
Outdoor events on the river, in Coolidge Park or on the bluffs depend on weather, and a summer thunderstorm in the valley can move a start time or relocate a stage. A promo that has already promised a sunset set on the water may then mislead the guests it was meant to bring.
We plan an alternate end card from the start: one for the normal program, one for the rain plan, both approved before launch. Times, gates and shuttle details sit on separate frames, so a correction touches only those frames within the review stages set in the quote.

The recap: your footage, your sponsors, your record
After the event, a recap thanks volunteers and sponsors and gives next year’s prospectus something real to show. It has to be built from photographs and clips your team or photographers actually took, with sponsor logos placed exactly as contracted.
We sort the material, choose a structure and grade it so phone clips and professional photographs sit together. If a moment was missed, we leave it out rather than generate it. Music is licensed or original, so the recap can be posted and reused without rights questions.

Plan the details
Can you film our event in Chattanooga?
No. We work from the material you or your photographers capture. We can send a shot list in advance so the recap has the moments it needs.
Can the promo show the Walnut Street Bridge or the riverfront?
Yes, from licensed photographs or your own. We do not generate imitations of real places and present them as the event site.
Which versions should we plan for?
Typically a landscape promo, a vertical cut for social, a silent loop for venue screens and a recap. The quote lists exactly the versions you choose.
Can we add sponsor logos late?
Yes, within the review stages in the quote. Send vector files and the contracted placement rules, and we update the end card and recap.
