Property video in Coventry: answering the questions buyers ask about a street
A Coventry listing often prompts questions the floor plan cannot answer. Was this street rebuilt after the war? Is it in a conservation area? What stood here before the new homes? How far is the walk to campus? Notlith makes property videos remotely from your photographs, plans and checked information, so each question gets a clear, sourced answer.

Is the house in a conservation area?
Parts of Coventry, Chapelfields among them, are protected as conservation areas, where alterations to frontages, windows and boundaries need consent. Buyers of a former watchmaker's house there may love the long workshop windows and still want to know what they can change.
A video can show the period details as they are and add a closing card stating the status, sourced from the council or your conveyancing notes. We never generate an extension, a dormer or a new window to show potential. If you want a design proposal in the film, it is labelled as such and kept separate.

When was this part of the city built?
Much of central Coventry was rebuilt after the bombing of 1940, and post-war flats, maisonettes and precinct buildings have a distinct construction and layout. Buyers comparing them with Victorian terraces in Earlsdon or Stoke want to understand what they are looking at.
We let the architecture speak: deck access, balconies, room proportions and the view from the windows as photographed. Construction details such as cladding or lift access appear only from your survey or management information. Accurate captions protect the agent as much as they help the buyer.

What stood here before the new homes?
Several Coventry housing developments occupy former industrial land, including the site of the Banner Lane tractor works on the west side of the city. Developers sometimes want to reference that history in the street names, the show home or the marketing film.
We can include archive photographs you are licensed to use, dated and captioned, then move to the finished homes. CGI visuals of unbuilt phases are labelled as computer-generated. Remediation, warranties and completion dates are stated only in the wording your legal team approves.

How long is the walk to campus?
With Coventry University in the centre and the University of Warwick on the south-western edge, rooms near either campus are often let to students and staff. A tenant deciding from another country, or from the other end of Britain, will judge a room on its size, its light and the journey to lectures.
The video shows each room in a sensible order, with the shared kitchen and bathroom included. Routes and times come from the letting agent's own checks. We avoid generated furniture unless the room is let furnished exactly as shown.

Plan the details
Can you add a floor plan to the video?
Yes. If you supply a measured plan, we animate it between room sequences so viewers can follow the layout. We do not redraw or estimate dimensions.
Can you virtually furnish an empty flat?
We can, as long as the result is captioned as virtual staging and the room's walls, windows and fixtures stay exactly as photographed.
Do you visit the property?
No. We work remotely from photographs taken by you or your photographer. We can send a short shot list so every room is covered.
Can one video serve sales and lettings portals?
Usually, with different end cards and cuts for each portal's format. The versions you need are listed in the quote.
