Hotel film in Waterford, told as one guest’s day

People who stay in Waterford tend to arrive with a plan: a day on the Greenway, an afternoon around Reginald’s Tower and the museums, a walk on Tramore strand, dinner in town. A hotel film can follow that day and show where your property fits into it. Notlith produces it remotely from your own photographs of rooms, dining and grounds, with AI-assisted motion, editing, colour and sound, and without borrowed scenery.

Morning: the Greenway question

The Waterford Greenway follows a former railway line out of the city towards Dungarvan, and cyclists and walkers often look for somewhere to sleep at one end. If you offer secure bike storage, packed breakfasts, a drying room or help with bike hire, those are the opening shots. They answer the first practical question a Greenway guest asks.

If you do not offer them, the film should not hint otherwise. We show only the facilities you have photographed or can document, and we never generate a bicycle shed or a trail outside your door. A plain caption with the real distance to the trailhead is more useful.

Afternoon: on foot from the front door

Hotels on or near the quays can be within walking distance of the Viking Triangle, the Bishop’s Palace and the House of Waterford Crystal. Rather than montage those attractions, we suggest a simple walking map drawn from your address, with times you have checked yourself. Guests trust a route they can follow.

Images of the attractions themselves come from licensed sources and are labelled as nearby, so nobody confuses them with the hotel. For a property outside the city, near Tramore, Dunmore East or the Copper Coast, the same logic applies with a driving map and honest travel times.

Evening: dinner and the room

Dining in-house is a reason to stay, but only when the restaurant is open on the nights guests are likely to book. We sequence food and bar photography to match the service you actually run, and we label seasonal or weekend-only offers as such. Plates appear as photographed, without generated garnish.

Then the room. Each category gets its own shots, so a standard double is never confused with a suite or a river-view room. If only some rooms face the Suir or the sea, the film says which. Motion is kept gentle enough that walls stay where they are and the space reads at its true size.

Getting here and going home

Guests reach Waterford by the M9 from Dublin, the N25 from Cork and Rosslare, or by train into Plunkett station. A short arrivals clip with parking details, check-in times and directions from the station can sit on the confirmation email and save your reception team a few calls.

We also cut a closing sequence for the morning of departure: breakfast, a final view, a reason to come back in another season. That ending is useful in remarketing and on your booking engine. The versions included and where each may run are described in the quote.

Plan the details

Can the film show the Greenway itself?

Yes, from licensed photographs or footage you supply, captioned as the Greenway. We do not generate trail scenery or place your building beside it.

Our photographs are a few years old. Is that a problem?

Only if rooms have changed. We compare them against your current layout and flag anything outdated, so the film matches what guests will find.

Can we have separate cuts for weddings and leisure stays?

Yes. They share a look but answer different questions, so we plan each one with its own running order and closing call to action.

Can you work with our booking engine?

We deliver files sized for your website, booking engine and social accounts. Placement and tracking are handled by your team or agency.

Start with your images

Send photographs of each room category, your dining and common areas, and a note of the guest you most want to attract, and we will map out their day.
