Corporate film in Waterford for regional offices, port firms and dispersed teams
A Waterford business is often explaining itself to people who are not in Waterford: customers across the South-East, a parent company in Dublin or abroad, a shipper calling at Belview. Notlith makes corporate films remotely for that kind of audience, starting from your photographs, diagrams and approved wording, then adding a script, AI-assisted motion, editing, colour and sound. We do not send a crew, so we plan around the material you already hold.
Remote production · From your photos

One office, a whole region on the map
Waterford is the main city of the South-East, and plenty of firms here look after clients in Wexford, Kilkenny, Carlow and south Tipperary from a single base. A corporate film for that situation has a geographic job: showing who you reach, and how, without suggesting branches you do not have. We draw coverage from the list you approve, as a clean map graphic.
The rest of the film follows a client from first contact to finished job, using your own photographs of people at work and of the premises. Staff appear only with their consent, and only as themselves. If a colleague in Enniscorthy or Thurles handles a step, the caption names them correctly.

Port and logistics: a sequence of handovers
Waterford Port operates from Belview, downriver on the Suir, with a rail connection to the city station. For freight forwarders, hauliers and warehousing firms, the interesting part is rarely the crane. It is the handover: a booking confirmed, a container released, a load arriving on time at an inland yard. That chain makes a strong spine for a short film.
We animate the chain from your process diagrams and any site photographs you are cleared to share, keeping secure areas out of the frame. Vessel names, routes and partner logos appear only when you confirm they are current and permitted. A generated quayside never stands in for the real terminal.
Teams spread between desks, home and the coworking floor
Many Waterford employees now split their week between home, a city-centre coworking desk and a head office elsewhere. Induction and culture films have to work for someone who may meet half their colleagues only on a call. Short chapters help: who does what, which tools you use, how decisions get made and who to ask.
Screen recordings of your internal systems can be cleaned up and annotated, with personal data blurred before we ever receive them where possible. For the human side, we prefer stills or recorded clips of real staff over generated presenters. A friendly voice-over from a colleague usually beats a polished stranger.

A version for the board, a version for the website
Annual meetings, funding applications and investor updates need tighter, fact-checked cuts, while the careers page wants warmth and pace. We plan both from one script, so the figures and statements your finance or compliance team has signed off appear identically in each version, with nothing paraphrased.
When the story depends on an interview, a live demonstration or a factory floor we cannot document from photographs, we will say so plainly and suggest a local camera operator. We are happy to edit their footage into the same visual system as the rest of the series.

Plan the details
Can the film cover several of our sites in the South-East?
Yes, if you send photographs of each one. Sites without usable images can appear on a map or as a named caption rather than as an invented building.
Can we film staff ourselves on a phone?
Often, yes. We send a short guide on light, sound and framing, then grade and edit the clips so they sit comfortably beside the rest of the film.
Will you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes. Internal processes and unreleased plans are common in corporate work. Tell us at the outset and we will agree how files are shared and stored.
Can the same film run internally and publicly?
Usually with two cuts. Internal detail such as system screens or targets is removed from the public version, and the permitted uses of each are written into the quote.
Start with your images
Tell us who the film must reach, attach your process diagrams and clearest workplace photographs, and we will draft a running order for you to react to.
