Event promotional video for Dublin organisers

An event video can invite people to attend, explain a programme or help present a future edition. Notlith creates remote, hybrid films from your supplied photographs, combining AI-assisted imagery with directed editing and sound. We define the purpose first: an imaginative promotional trailer is a different deliverable from an authentic record of what happened on the day.

An evening trailer can suggest a mood honestly

For an entertainment event, we can build a trailer around venue photographs, approved artwork and the atmosphere you want to communicate. Light, typography and music can establish an invitation without presenting synthetic images as archive footage. Any illustrative sequence needs a clear context so viewers understand what they are seeing.

Dublin’s Temple Bar is a recognisable cultural setting, but it is not a shortcut to an event identity. Supply the actual venue, programme and permissions for named contributors. We do not imply a performer, local institution or neighbouring business is involved merely because it appears in the creative brief.

A conference preview should explain the setting

For a professional gathering, the room and the sequence of the day may matter more than spectacle. Photographs of reception, presentation spaces and breakout areas can support a clear preview. We need the confirmed venue arrangement and the parts of the programme you want to highlight, with provisional elements kept separate.

The Convention Centre Dublin can be a relevant location in an organiser’s brief when the booking is real. Mentioning it does not establish a partnership or confer permission to use third-party images. If your event is elsewhere in the Docklands, its own address and documented facilities should lead the film.

Show a reception without inventing its guests

A dinner, networking reception or hospitality segment can be introduced through table settings and the room’s actual appearance. The restaurant concept demonstrates a fictional environment only. Your supplied references define the commissioned sequence. We will not turn generated faces into evidence that particular guests, sponsors or speakers attended.

If you have photographs from a previous edition, identify the date and occasion. We can discuss how that authentic material might inform an edit, subject to rights and scope. It should not be labelled as the new event or blended ambiguously with illustrative images of a future setup.

A product launch needs a separate product story

An event built around a new product may benefit from a reveal that can also be used beyond the invitation. Our fictional drinks concept illustrates product advertising, not an actual launch. For your item, send its current photographs, approved identity and the announcement wording. This sequence can sit alongside documented venue images without pretending to record an unveiling.

Before work begins, identify the essential date, venue, registration destination and final approval deadline. We scope the trailer, alternative crops and any changes needed after programme updates. Check every factual title before export. We do not guarantee ticket sales, and producing promotional creative does not include filming, livestreaming or managing registration.

Plan the details

Can you film our Dublin event on the day?

The method described here is remote production from supplied material. It does not include an on-site crew or live coverage. If documentary capture is essential, arrange authentic recording and discuss any editing requirement separately.

Can you make a highlights film from photos alone?

An honest photo-based retrospective can be discussed when the photographs genuinely document the occasion. We cannot invent speeches, performances or crowd behaviour and present them as recorded highlights.

What happens if a speaker or date changes?

Tell us which announcement details are still provisional. We can keep those in a replaceable title section and scope the update. A change after approval may affect the delivery schedule and agreed work.

Can we use music from the performers?

Only when the necessary permissions cover the intended film and distribution. A performer’s participation does not automatically grant soundtrack rights. Supply the authorised material or agree another sound approach before production.

Start with your images

Send your event purpose, confirmed details and source photographs. We will separate the promotional concept from any factual record and define the right film.
