Hotel Films in Lexington for buyers, campus families and country inns
A Lexington hotel hosts people with very different reasons to be there: an agent in town for a horse sale, parents moving a student into a dorm, a couple using the city as a base for the surrounding countryside. Notlith makes hotel films remotely from your own photographs and floor plans, with script, AI-assisted motion, color and sound, so each guest can see the stay that suits them.

Guests who work from the room during sales
During the thoroughbred sales at Keeneland, some guests spend long days reviewing catalogs, calling clients and returning late. For them, the useful film shows the desk, the lighting, the outlets, the coffee, the parking and the drive to the sales grounds, not a spa montage.
We build that version from photographs of the actual room types, and we name each room as it appears in your booking engine. Driving times or distances appear only if you supply them. If the property serves breakfast early during sale weeks, a single card can say so; we never imply a service you do not run.

Move-in weekend and commencement
Hotels near the University of Kentucky campus fill with families in August and again for graduation in May. Those guests compare family rooms, connecting doors, parking for a loaded car and how close they are to campus. A film for them can be calm and practical, ending with booking information.
University names, logos and colors are protected, so we keep them out unless you hold permission, and we describe proximity in plain words rather than with campus imagery. A separate cut for alumni weekends or football Saturdays can reuse the same room sequences with a different opening and a different call to action.

Farm inns beyond the urban boundary
Outside Lexington's urban service area, Fayette County is mostly farmland, crossed by narrow roads lined with plank and dry-stone fences. Inns and guest cottages there sell quiet, views and proximity to horses, yet guests also need to know how far they are from restaurants and the airport.
We start the film at your gate as it really looks, then the room, the porch and the view you photographed at different times of day. Horses and pastures come from your property and your consent forms. A short closing card can give practical details such as check-in hours and the road to town.

Downtown stays near Triangle Park
Downtown properties within walking distance of Triangle Park, Rupp Arena and the restaurants of Short Street and Main Street attract conference attendees and event visitors. A film for them can follow the walk out of the lobby, but only along streets you have photographed or licensed images of.
Meeting rooms and lobby bars deserve their own sequences, built from floor plans and capacity figures your sales team confirms. We keep views honest: a city-facing room is shown with its actual window, never one swapped for a skyline frame borrowed from another floor.

Plan the details
Can the film show the countryside around our inn?
Yes, from photographs taken on or from your property, or licensed images clearly placed as surroundings. We do not generate farms, horses or landmarks that are not yours.
Can we make one film per type of guest?
That is often an efficient use of a single set of photographs. Each version gets its own opening, emphasis and ending, while sharing the room sequences.
What if our rooms are being renovated?
We can work from finished sample rooms or approved designer visuals, labelled as such, and replace them with real photographs once the work is complete.
Which photos are most useful?
Wide shots of each room type in daylight, the bathroom, the entrance, shared spaces and the exterior at dusk. Phone images are workable if they are sharp and level.
