Venue and shop video in Oxford: show the way in, then the space

Many Oxford shops and venues are tucked away: inside the Covered Market, along an arcade, behind a college gate or up a lane off the High Street. Finding the door is part of the visit. Notlith produces venue and shop videos remotely from your photographs, with direction, AI-assisted motion, editing and sound, so people know what they will find and how to reach it.

Arcades, markets and hidden entrances

A trader in the Covered Market or Golden Cross shares an entrance with dozens of neighbours. A film can begin with the market approach from your own photographs, then move to your counter, your stock and the people behind it, with consent.

Directions are written plainly, using the street or entrance you name. We do not borrow images of unrelated landmarks to make the walk seem grander, and we avoid suggesting the market itself endorses your business. Opening hours of the market can differ from your own, so the film closes on the times your counter is actually staffed.

Independent shops beyond the centre

Bookshops, delis and design stores in Summertown, Jericho and along Cowley Road trade on character. Your photographs of shelves, displays and window dressing carry that character better than a generic retail interior.

Stock shown must be stock you sell. If a lamp or chair moves in the film, its shape and finish must match the item on the shop floor. When a range changes seasonally, we keep the film modular so a product sequence can be replaced. A bookshop on Broad Street or a gallery in Jericho may also hold readings or openings; these can have a separate short edit announcing dates.

Halls and rooms for hire out of term

Some colleges, churches and community spaces hire rooms for weddings, dinners and conferences during the vacations. A venue film should show capacity layouts, access and catering arrangements exactly as offered, from photographs of real set-ups.

Restrictions on music, timings or confetti matter to bookers and belong in the film's closing text or the enquiry page. We do not generate guests at an event that did not take place, and historic rooms are not enhanced beyond what the photographs show. Step-free access, parking and the nearest Park and Ride are practical facts bookers ask about and can appear in the closing frame.

Shopping centres and changing frontages

Brands in the Westgate or the Clarendon Centre may need a film that matches centre guidelines for screens and social channels. We work with the specifications you receive and produce versions for each placement.

The quote describes formats, review rounds and usage. If you need footage of a live opening day or a busy weekend, a local camera operator is the right choice; our remote method suits a clear presentation of the space and what you sell. Shops in Bicester Village or Abingdon that also trade in Oxford can share one master with location-specific endings.

Plan the details

Can you make our small shop look larger?

No. We keep proportions faithful, because a visitor who feels misled leaves quickly. Good framing and light can still make a compact space inviting.

Can the film include a map or directions?

Yes, as motion graphics based on information you approve, such as the entrance to use or the nearest bus stop.

Do you need a photographer to visit first?

Not necessarily. Many shops already have usable images. We review what you have and list any missing views. A phone set taken on a quiet morning before opening is often a good start.

Can a college or hall use this for conference hire?

Yes, with photographs of the rooms in their actual layouts and approved wording about what is available.
