Property video in Limerick, from Georgian terraces to Castletroy lets
Limerick's housing stock asks for different films. A period house on Pery Square, a student let near the University of Limerick and a new semi-detached home in Annacotty attract different buyers and tenants. Notlith makes property videos remotely from your listing photographs, with AI-assisted camera moves, editing, colour and sound, and keeps every room faithful to the one a viewer will walk into.

Georgian houses: proportion before decoration
The terraces of Newtown Pery were built with tall sash windows, high ceilings and a clear hierarchy of floors. A video for one of these houses should let a viewer feel that height and sequence, from the fanlight over the door to the reception rooms on the first floor.
We need wide photographs of each room, taken level, and close-ups of original features such as cornicing, fireplaces and shutters. A generated move can glide through a doorway, but it must not add a ceiling rose that is not there or straighten a floor that slopes. Buyers of period property often bring a surveyor; the film should survive that second look.

Lettings that follow the academic year
Around Castletroy and Plassey, demand for student accommodation peaks before each term starts. A short video that shows the bedroom, the shared kitchen and the walk to campus answers questions parents and students ask before they view. It also has to be ready early, ideally before the summer, when families start comparing options from home.
Distances and transport should be stated, not dramatised. We do not stretch a garden or compress a route. If the house is shared, the film shows only the rooms the tenant will actually use, and furniture matches what the lease includes.

New homes in the suburbs
Developments in Annacotty, Mungret or Raheen are often marketed before the last houses are finished. Show-house photographs and approved visualisations can form the basis of a film, as long as each type of image is labelled. A buyer must know which finish is standard and which is an upgrade.
We keep developer CGI separate from photographs of completed houses. Landscaping, play areas or road layouts that are planned rather than built should not appear as if they already exist. Where a phase is still under construction, the film can say so on screen and show the finished show house instead.

Riverside apartments and commercial space
Apartments along the Shannon quays sell on light and outlook, so the view must match the specific unit, floor and orientation. Send a photograph from the window of the property itself rather than from the most flattering side of the building.
Commercial agents can use the same approach for offices or retail units: entrance, floor plate, services, access. Practical details such as floor area, energy rating and terms belong in the listing, where they can be kept current. A short vertical cut is useful for agents who share new listings through social channels and messaging.

Plan the details
Can you add furniture to an empty room?
Virtual staging is possible if the film says so clearly. Walls, windows, floors and fixtures stay exactly as photographed.
Can the video show the BER rating?
Yes, as a title card, using the certificate details you supply. We do not estimate or imply an energy rating.
How many photographs do you need?
Enough to cover every room you want shown from at least two angles, plus the exterior and street. Thin coverage limits the moves we can make.
Do you provide a drone shot?
Only if you supply real drone footage taken legally. We do not generate aerial views of a property or its surroundings.
