Event video production in Kelowna, with a plan B for the summer sky
Events in Kelowna run from conferences at lakeside resorts to hockey nights at Prospera Place, shows at the Kelowna Community Theatre and harvest weekends at wineries across the valley. Before any of them happen, someone has to persuade people to come. Notlith makes event announcement and invitation films remotely from your venue photos, speaker portraits and brand material, with AI-assisted motion, editing and sound.

A conference with a lake in the agenda
Conference organizers often pair the sessions with an evening on the waterfront or a winery dinner. The invitation film can present both, as long as each is confirmed. We build the sequence from the venue's photographs of the meeting rooms and terrace, and from the dinner partner's own images.
Speakers appear only once they have agreed, using portraits they supplied. If the program is still open, the film says more names will follow rather than showing silhouettes that imply someone specific. A save-the-date version can go out early, followed by a full version once the program is set.

Arena and theatre nights
For a concert, a game-day promotion or a stage show, the film needs the date, the venue and the act, quickly. We work from the promoter's approved artwork and photographs of the performers, adding motion that suits the music or the sport. For a team or a touring act, the club or promoter supplies the marks and approves their use.
We do not generate crowds to suggest a sold-out house, and seating plans come from the venue. Accessible seating and entrances can be shown if the venue provides photographs of them. Ticket links and prices stay in the caption or the post, where they can be changed.

Harvest and festival weekends at the wineries
Autumn brings release parties, harvest dinners and the region's fall wine festival program. A winery taking part may need a short film for its own channels, matched to the dates the organizers publish.
We keep wine, food and people from your own photographs, and follow British Columbia's alcohol advertising limits in what we depict. The festival name and logo appear only if the organizers allow their use. If your winery is not part of the official program, the film promotes your own event without borrowing the festival's identity.

When August turns smoky
Outdoor events in the valley can be affected by wildfire smoke or heat in late summer. Organizers increasingly prepare an indoor alternative or a postponement message. We can prepare those variants alongside the main invitation so they are approved and ready.
Each variant uses the same visual identity and changes only the essential lines: location, date or format. Publishing the right one, and when, remains your decision. A calm message in the same style as the original invitation keeps the event recognizable even when plans change.

Plan the details
Can you film the event itself?
No. We prepare films before the event. For live coverage, hire a local crew, and we can edit their footage afterwards.
Can the film run on the screens at Prospera Place or the theatre?
Yes, as a silent loop sized for that screen, if the venue accepts your material. Screen specifications, booking and approval come from the venue, not from us.
Can the smoke or heat variant be ready before we know we need it?
Yes. It is approved together with the main invitation and held until you decide to publish it. If it is never used, nothing else in the campaign changes.
Can the film show past editions of the event?
Yes, from your own photos or footage of those editions, labelled with the year they were taken.
