Hotel film production in Kelowna for summer beach guests and winter ski guests

A Kelowna hotel can host a family on a beach week in July, a wine couple in October and a group heading up to Big White in January. Each guest looks for different proof before booking. Notlith creates hotel films remotely from your photographs, with AI-assisted motion, editing, colour and sound, and we often make one film per kind of stay rather than one film for everyone.

Beach access is a sentence, not an image

Lakefront, lake view and a short walk to the beach are three different promises. We present whichever is true for your property in words on screen, and we show the water only from your own photographs of the actual view, from the actual rooms.

If guests cross a road to reach the beach, or share it with the public, the film can still be appealing: a towel bag, the pool deck, a sunset from the balcony. It just will not suggest a private shoreline that does not exist.

Guests who drive up the mountain in the morning

Some winter visitors sleep in town and spend the day at Big White. For them, the film is about practical comfort: a boot room, a place for skis, a hot tub, a restaurant open late. We build that edit from your photographs of those features, labelled clearly.

We do not show the ski runs as if they were next door, and shuttle or parking details appear only when you confirm them. The mountain itself can appear through licensed imagery captioned as the resort, separate from your hotel. Seasonal closures of the pool or patio are noted if the film runs all year.

Vineyard stays and tasting packages

Inns and suites on winery estates, and hotels that sell wine country packages, can give the autumn its own film. The room comes first, then the breakfast table, then the tasting room through your own pictures.

Package contents, from tastings to transport, come from your offer sheet and stay in captions. If a tour is run by a partner company, the film says so and does not imply your staff provide it. A late check-out or a picnic basket from the breakfast kitchen can be a pleasant final shot, if it is genuinely part of the offer.

A business stay near the airport

Hotels in the north end, close to Kelowna International Airport and UBC Okanagan, often host people on short work trips or visiting the university. Their film is shorter and faster: desk, bed, Wi-Fi, breakfast and the meeting room. Meeting room capacity and equipment are listed in captions taken from your sales sheet.

We avoid promising travel times to the terminal or the campus. If you run a shuttle, its schedule is better on your website, and the film can point there in its last frame.

Plan the details

Can the film show the William R. Bennett Bridge at night?

Only through licensed photographs, captioned as the city, and never placed in a window that does not face it.

We only have professional stills. Is that enough?

Usually, yes. Good stills of every room type and the shared areas give us what we need to plan motion and edits.

Can wildfire smoke in old photos be removed?

We can correct colour and haze modestly, but we will not invent a view hidden in the original image. Recent clear photographs are better.

Do you visit the hotel?

No. The work is entirely remote, built from the images and information you send. If photographs are missing, we suggest a short shot list for your own photographer.

Start with your images

Send labelled photographs of each room type and shared space, and tell us which guest you want the first film to speak to.
