Event video in Saskatoon for farm shows, conferences and exhibitors

Saskatoon's event calendar has a strong working side. The Western Canadian Crop Production Show fills Prairieland Park in January, Ag in Motion runs near Langham in July, and TCU Place and the university host conferences through the year. Organizers need to sell registrations and booth space; exhibitors need something to show on the floor. Notlith makes event videos remotely from your photographs, programs and past footage, with AI-assisted motion, editing and sound.

Selling booth space before selling tickets

For a trade show, the first audience is the exhibitor. A sales video for booth space shows the hall layout, traffic flow, loading access, power and the profile of visitors, using your floor plans and photographs from past editions. We turn your exhibitor kit into a sequence a sales manager can send with a proposal.

Attendance, exhibitor counts and growth figures appear only as you publish them. We do not generate packed aisles or pass off an artist's impression as last year's floor. If the show is new, the film says so and sells the plan rather than a history it does not have.

A loop for a booth with no sound

On a show floor, nobody hears your video. An exhibitor loop at Prairieland Park or in an outdoor tent at Ag in Motion needs readable text, a clear product shot in the opening seconds and a pace that suits someone walking past. We build it from your product photos and messaging, without voice-over, and size the type for the screen you rent.

Outdoor screens fight daylight, so we raise contrast and simplify backgrounds for that version. A longer cut with sound can run at a demo table or go to leads after the show. Both share one master, which keeps the look consistent.

Conferences with a program to explain

A conference at TCU Place or on campus sells its speakers, sessions and a reason to travel. A promo can present the agenda as clear chapters, with speaker photographs you have permission to use and quotes they have approved. Venue shots come from the venue's own media kit or from your photographs.

Delegates from other provinces may want practical detail: the walk from the hotel to the hall, the river nearby, the evening program. We use real images of those places or leave them out. No generated keynote speaker ever stands on a stage.

After the doors close

A recap is a different film. It is built only from what was actually captured: your photographers' images, a videographer's footage, slides and the attendance you confirm. We edit that material into a summary for sponsors and a short cut for next year's promotion.

If nobody filmed the event, we will not reconstruct it with AI. Instead, we suggest a sponsor thank-you built from stills and confirmed facts. For the next edition, we provide a capture list so a local crew gathers what the recap will need.

Plan the details

Can you make a video before our first edition?

Yes. It sells the plan: dates, venue, program and who it is for. Nothing in it suggests a previous edition that did not take place.

Can you make loops for several exhibitors?

Yes, as separate projects or as a package offered by the organizer, each built from that exhibitor's own material and approvals.

Do you attend the event?

No. We have no crew in Saskatoon. Capture on the day is handled by your team or a local videographer, and we can supply a shot list.

What formats do exhibitors usually need?

A silent loop sized for the booth screen, a horizontal cut with sound for presentations, and vertical clips for social posts before and during the show.

Start with your images

Send the show dates, the floor plan, past photographs and the audience you need to reach, and we will propose a set of videos for each stage.
