Venue and shop films in Geelong: buildings with a former life

Many Geelong spaces were built for something else. Former wool stores near the waterfront now hold a museum and a university campus; old shopfronts on Pakington Street house independent boutiques; former warehouses have become studios and event spaces. Notlith makes venue and shop films remotely from your photographs and floor plans, with creative direction, AI-assisted motion, editing and sound. The building's past is often the reason people visit, so we treat it accurately.

Heritage walls are not a backdrop to improve

Stone and brick walls, exposed trusses and timber floors carry marks from earlier use. Generated motion tends to clean them, straighten them or add matching stone where there is none. We check each frame against your photographs so the texture, joints and colour of the walls remain recognisably yours.

If the building's history is part of your story, dates and former uses come from your heritage documentation or a reliable source. We do not generate period scenes of bales, workers or carts to dress a function room in nostalgia.

A function space shown in the setups you offer

Couples and event planners need to picture their own occasion: a long-table dinner, theatre seating, a standing reception. The film presents each layout you actually offer, from photographs of that setup, with capacity and inclusions as captions taken from your venue kit.

Styling from past events can appear only with the supplier's and client's agreement. Where you lack images of a layout, we can show it as a clearly labelled plan animation rather than a generated room. Planners can then compare options side by side, with each layout introduced by name and the same camera height.

Independent shops on a walking street

On a strip like Pakington Street, a shop competes with its neighbours for the passer-by and with online stores for the planner. A short film can show the frontage so people recognise it, then move inside to what makes the shop distinct: a fitting room, a wall of local makers, a counter where repairs happen.

Stock changes constantly, so we separate the permanent identity of the space from the current range. The identity cut lasts; seasonal inserts can be swapped as product turns over. That way a boutique pays once for the frontage and fit-out sequence, then adds short new-arrival segments when the range changes.

Outlet stores on the way to the coast

Surf and outdoor outlets along the Surf Coast Highway in Torquay attract drivers heading for the beach. Their film should answer quickly what is inside, which brands or categories, and where to park. Brand names appear only with permission from the brand owner.

We do not generate discount signage or imply clearance prices. Opening hours and any seasonal changes appear as editable captions, so one edit serves both the busy summer and the quieter months. A short winter version can lead with wetsuits and jackets while the summer cut opens on boards and swimwear.

Plan the details

Can you show the street outside our shop?

Yes, from your own photographs of the frontage. We do not generate neighbouring shops or streetscapes, which would quickly date or mislead.

Our venue is in a heritage building. Any special care?

We keep architectural features exactly as photographed and use your approved description of the building's history and listing.

Can the film include a floor plan?

Yes. An animated plan helps planners understand flow between rooms, bars and outdoor areas, based on your current drawings.

Do you need photos of the space when empty?

Both empty and in use are helpful. Empty shots show the architecture; event shots show what is possible.
