Product film production in Brisbane: packshots made to move
A product made in a Brendale or Salisbury workshop may end up on a supermarket shelf in Melbourne, a boutique on James Street or an online store shipping nationwide. Its film needs to work in all of those places without promising more than the label does. Notlith creates hybrid product films remotely from your photographs and artwork, combining creative direction, AI-assisted motion, editing, colour and sound.

Origin wording before origin imagery
Queensland makers often want to say where something comes from: macadamias from the region, coffee roasted in the inner north, skincare formulated locally. Imagery reinforces those claims strongly, so the wording has to be settled first. Australian country-of-origin rules apply to many foods, and the Australian Made logo is licensed, not decorative.
We use only the origin statements you have approved and can support. We do not add orchards, cane fields or a map of Queensland to suggest a provenance your supply chain does not have. If ingredients are imported and the product is packed here, the film says exactly that and nothing more.

Gear for heat, sun and sudden rain
Brisbane's subtropical climate shapes plenty of products: insulated bottles, sun-protective clothing, outdoor furniture, insect repellent. Showing them in use helps, but performance claims belong to your test results. A UPF rating, a cooling time or a waterproof label appears on screen only when your documentation backs it.
We keep the scenes plausible rather than heroic. A bottle on a bench by the river at dusk is enough; an exaggerated heat haze that implies extreme testing is not. Your product photographs anchor every frame, and we check the lid, the logo and the colourway against them before anything is approved.

A retail buyer edit and a customer edit
A small brand pitching to a national grocer or a department store buyer needs something different from a social ad. The buyer cares about range, pack sizes, shelf presence and supply. We can cut a short trade version that walks through the range using approved specifications, alongside the consumer film.
For furniture and homewares, the trade cut might show finishes and dimensions sourced from your spec sheets. The consumer cut focuses on one piece and how it sits in a room. Keeping both in one project means the grade and the product rendering stay identical, which buyers notice.

Photographs that hold up in close-up
Generated motion is only as faithful as the references behind it. Send front, back, side and base views on a neutral background, plus close-ups of closures, seams, labels and textures. Separate each colourway into its own folder, and include the final print artwork for packaging.
Tell us which details must never change: a stitched logo, a recycling mark, the exact shade of a lid. We check those across every format, including the vertical crop where small elements are easily lost. If a move distorts the product, we simplify the shot instead of accepting the error.

Plan the details
Can the film say our product is made in Brisbane?
If that statement is true and approved by you, yes. We reproduce your exact origin wording and avoid imagery that suggests anything broader than it.
Do you need the physical product?
No. We work from photographs and artwork. If your existing images are poor, commission clean packshots first, as they determine how faithful the film can be.
Can you show the product being used outdoors?
Yes, as a plausible setting built around your references. Any claim about performance in heat or rain must be supported by your own test documentation.
Can we get a version for retail buyers?
Yes. We can plan a trade edit covering range and specifications alongside the consumer film, using the same approved product information.
