Real estate video in Brisbane: Queenslanders, conversions and new builds
Brisbane property comes in forms that buyers elsewhere rarely meet: timber Queenslanders raised on stumps, wool stores turned into apartments, new towers along the river and acreage blocks in the western hills. Each asks for a different film. Notlith produces real estate videos remotely from your listing photographs, floor plans and approved renders, adding AI-assisted motion, editing, colour and sound without altering what is for sale.

Verandahs, VJ walls and the space underneath
A Queenslander in Paddington or Red Hill sells on character: the verandah, the timber, the high ceilings, the breezeway. The film should move through those features in the order a buyer walks them. We take care with the area under the house, which may be open storage, a built-in rumpus or a legal bedroom, and describe it exactly as your listing does.
Generated motion never upgrades the house. We do not straighten stumps, repaint weatherboards, add a pool or plant a mango tree that is not there. If a renovation is proposed rather than finished, it appears only as a labelled concept, separate from the photographs of the home as it stands.

Teneriffe wool stores and Newstead towers
Converted warehouses along the river at Teneriffe carry brick, timber beams and industrial windows that suit a slow, textured edit. A new apartment tower in Newstead or South Brisbane is often sold off the plan, from renders, display suites and specifications. Those are two separate jobs with different rules.
For off-the-plan campaigns, every render stays labelled as an artist's impression, and finishes match the schedule in the contract of sale. We do not animate a completed lobby from a site that is still a hole in the ground without saying so on screen. The display suite, if one exists, is shown as a display suite.

Leaving flood questions to the right sources
Parts of Brisbane were affected by the 2011 and 2022 floods, and buyers commonly check a property's flood information through the Brisbane City Council FloodWise report. A marketing film is not the place to answer those questions, and it must not appear to answer them by accident.
We do not remove a creek from a frame, raise ground levels visually or describe a home as flood-free. Statements about flooding, zoning or easements belong in the documents your agency provides. The film's job is to show the property faithfully and send viewers to the full listing.

Acreage in Brookfield and Pullenvale
Larger blocks in the western suburbs sell on land, privacy and the drive into the city. A buyer wants to understand where the house sits, how the driveway runs and what the outbuildings are. Generated aerial views cannot establish boundaries, so we work from drone photography you supply and the survey plan.
If no aerial imagery exists, we use the site plan as a clean graphic rather than inventing an overhead shot. Stables, sheds, dams and tree cover are shown only from real photographs. Your agent approves the boundary overlay before it goes anywhere near a portal.

Plan the details
Can you stage empty rooms?
We can produce clearly labelled virtual styling from your photographs. The architecture, fixtures and outlook stay unchanged, and styled frames are not presented as the property's current state.
Do you film inspections in Brisbane?
No. We work remotely from listing photos, plans and renders. For a walkthrough with sound or an agent on camera, a local videographer is the better option.
Can the video mention distance to the CityCat or the CBD?
Yes, if the figures come from your approved listing copy. We do not calculate or estimate travel times ourselves.
What suits an off-the-plan project?
Approved renders, the finishes schedule, display suite photos and the marketing wording your legal team has signed off. Each render is labelled as an artist's impression.
