Corporate film and employer brand in Brisbane: from head office to regional site

Plenty of organisations run their Queensland operations from a Brisbane office while the actual work happens on a mine lease, a farm, a hospital ward or a construction site hours away. A company film has to connect those two places honestly. Notlith builds hybrid corporate and recruitment films remotely from the photographs you already hold, then shapes them through writing, editing, colour and sound.

The office on Eagle Street and the work out west

Picture an engineering consultancy with a boardroom near the river and crews spread between Gladstone, the Bowen Basin and the Darling Downs. Its corporate film cannot be a tour of the reception desk. We plan the structure around a single project or service line, then move between the city office and the field so a viewer understands where decisions are made and where they are carried out.

Every location in the edit comes from your own authorised material. If you only hold photographs of the Brisbane office, we say so in the script rather than generating a convincing processing plant or a hospital corridor. A missing location can be represented by drawings, maps or approved project imagery, labelled for what it is, until genuine photography exists.

Recruiting from Ipswich, Logan and the Sunshine Coast

A Brisbane employer often draws candidates from across South East Queensland, and their questions are practical: where the team sits, how the commute works, whether roles are hybrid or site-based. An employer brand film earns attention by answering two or three of those plainly. Captions can carry the details, so the same edit works on a careers page and on LinkedIn with the sound off.

For fly-in fly-out or drive-in drive-out roles, the rosters, camps and travel arrangements must come from your HR documentation, not from atmosphere. We never imagine a lifestyle the job does not offer. A scene suggesting shorter swings or better accommodation than the agreement provides would mislead the very people you hope to retain.

Hi-vis, signage and the details a generator gets wrong

Industrial and health settings carry rules a model does not know. Generated workers can appear without the correct PPE, in a zone that should be barricaded, or beside equipment your company does not operate. For that reason we build site sequences from your own photographs and check helmets, gloves, signage and vehicle markings against them, frame by frame.

We do not invent employees, safety statistics or quotes from staff. When a real person should speak, the testimony has to be recorded with that person and approved by them. Our role is to frame the recording with context, graphics and sound, and to keep any generated material clearly in a supporting, illustrative role.

A tender cut and a careers cut from one edit

The same material often serves a capability statement for a government or infrastructure tender and a recruitment campaign. Those audiences need different endings. A procurement panel wants scope, compliance and delivery history you can evidence; a graduate from UQ or QUT wants to know what the first year looks like. We plan both closing sequences at the script stage.

Versions for LinkedIn, your intranet and a conference screen can then share one grade, one music licence and one approval trail. Formats, review rounds and usage rights are written into the quote. We make no promise about applications received or contracts won, because neither depends on the film alone.

Plan the details

Can our staff appear in the film?

Yes, through photographs or recordings they have agreed to share. We do not generate likenesses of employees, and any interview or voice must come from the real person with their written consent.

Do you film at our Brisbane office or on site?

No. This is remote production from material you supply. If a site visit or interview is essential, a local crew or photographer should capture it, and we can plan the film around that footage.

Can one film cover offices in Brisbane and regional Queensland?

It can, provided you hold usable images of each location. We map what exists before scripting, and leave out places we cannot represent truthfully rather than inventing them.

What do you need to start?

A short brief naming the audience, the photographs you are cleared to use, brand guidelines, approved facts about the company and any HR or safety rules the imagery must respect.

Start with your images

Send us the audience you need to reach, a folder of cleared office and site photographs and your brand guidelines, and we will propose a structure.
