Property video in York: terraces, listed houses and new neighbourhoods
Selling or letting property in York means presenting very different homes: Victorian terraces in South Bank and Clementhorpe, listed buildings inside the conservation area, new streets at York Central or Derwenthorpe, flats near the Ouse. Each type raises different questions from buyers. Notlith produces property videos remotely from your photographs, floor plans and approved particulars, with AI-assisted motion, editing and sound.

Terraces south of the river
Streets in South Bank, Clementhorpe and around Bishopthorpe Road are lined with Victorian terraced houses that look similar from outside and differ greatly within: knocked-through rooms, rear extensions, converted lofts, small courtyards. A film should start with the floor plan so a buyer understands the layout before the detail.
We sequence rooms in the order someone would walk through them, using your photographs, and mark extensions or loft rooms clearly. Generated motion stays within the space shown; it never widens a galley kitchen or lengthens a yard. Where a photograph is missing, we use a plan transition rather than inventing a room.

Listed buildings and the conservation area
Much of central York lies within a conservation area, and many houses inside and near the walls are listed. Original features such as sash windows, fireplaces and panelling are part of the value, and buyers will also want to understand what that status means for future changes.
The film can linger on those details, but it must not suggest alterations are straightforward. Statements about listing grade, consents or restrictions come from your particulars or the vendor's documentation. Any visualised refurbishment is labelled as a proposal, and we keep it separate from what the buyer will actually find on the day.

New streets at York Central, Derwenthorpe and the Chocolate Works
Development has brought new homes to the land behind the station at York Central, to Derwenthorpe near Osbaldwick and to the former Terry's site, now the Chocolate Works. Off-plan sales rely on renders, site plans and show homes, so the film needs to say plainly which images are visualisations and which are completed buildings.
We combine your approved CGIs with photographs of completed phases, adding a title card wherever the status changes. Specifications, completion dates and tenure information appear exactly as supplied by the developer. We avoid generating finished landscaping or neighbouring buildings that do not yet exist.

Riverside addresses and honest disclosure
Homes near the Ouse and the Foss can offer water views and walks into town. They also attract questions about flooding, since riverside streets such as King's Staith are known to flood when the river rises. A property film should never be edited to avoid that conversation.
We show the outlook you can genuinely offer and leave flood-risk information to your particulars and official sources, which the film can point to in its closing card. Defences, insurance or resilience works are mentioned only when documented. That restraint protects the agent as much as the buyer.

Plan the details
Can you make a video for a student let near the university?
Yes. Houses in Heslington, Badger Hill or Tang Hall can be presented room by room with the details tenants ask about, using your photographs and approved letting information.
Can you add furniture to an empty room?
We can stage an empty room virtually when it is labelled as such, and keep an unfurnished version so viewers see the space as it is.
Do you include a drone view?
Only if you provide aerial footage or photographs you are entitled to use. We do not generate aerial views of real streets.
How quickly can we update the film after a price change?
Prices and status sit on a separate end card, so updating them is a small edit. Timings are agreed in the quote.
