Event video in Bournemouth for conference stands, theatre bills and award nights
Bournemouth's calendar runs from conferences and exhibitions at the Bournemouth International Centre to shows at the Grade II listed Pavilion Theatre and dinners in clifftop function rooms. Each needs a different kind of event video: a loop for a stand, a trailer that sells seats, a recap that thanks the people in the room. Notlith makes them remotely from your artwork, venue photographs and programme.

A loop for a stand in the exhibition hall
Exhibitors at the BIC often need a silent film that plays on a screen beside the stand all day. It has to work for someone glancing for four seconds and for someone waiting in a queue for two minutes. We build it as a sequence of short, self-contained statements, each readable without sound, then loop it cleanly.
Your product photographs, logos and any approved figures form the content. We do not borrow the organiser's branding or suggest an official partnership unless you hold one and supply the artwork. A portrait version for the screen at a narrow stand is usually worth preparing at the same time.

Selling seats in a listed theatre
Promoters filling the Pavilion or another local stage need a trailer that shows what the night is, not a generic burst of lights. We work from the production's own photography, poster artwork and any rehearsal clips you have rights to, adding titles with dates, times and booking details that match the box office.
Performers' faces and names appear only with the agreements you already hold for promotion. If the act is touring, we can prepare a Bournemouth edit with the local date and venue in the end frame and leave a clean master for the other stops on the tour.

Award dinners and the people in the room
A recap film for an awards evening in a seafront hotel should feel like a thank-you to guests and sponsors. We assemble it from your event photographer's images, the shortlist, sponsor logos and the running order, so the sequence follows the night as it happened rather than an invented version of it.
We never add generated guests to fill an empty table or a stage. Where a winner has not agreed to appear, we use the category title alone. If you need speeches or live reactions, those have to be filmed on the night by a crew; we can then edit that footage into the recap.

Outdoor dates and the weather off Poole Bay
Anything staged near the beach or in the Gardens depends on the forecast. We recommend preparing two promotional cuts in advance: the main campaign and a short update version with space for a changed time, a moved location or a postponement message, ready to publish within the same day.
Council-run spaces have their own permissions and rules, so the film should promise only what your booking allows: activities, opening times, food stalls and access arrangements. We keep claims about crowds and attendance out of the copy unless you have confirmed figures from a previous edition.

Plan the details
Can you film our conference?
No. We work from photographs, artwork and footage you supply. For live coverage you need a camera crew on site; we can edit what they record.
Can the trailer use the venue's photographs?
Only if the venue has given you permission to use them. We ask for confirmation of rights for every image in the brief.
Can you add a countdown to the event date?
Yes. We can prepare dated variants for the final weeks before the event, each with a different end frame and booking message.
What about captions and accessibility details?
We add burned-in or separate caption files, and can include step-free access and hearing loop information when you confirm it applies.
