A Wellington property video that makes the layout clear
When a property's layout is not obvious from individual photographs, the edit needs to provide orientation. Wellington's hilly setting makes that especially relevant for some listings, without telling us anything about a particular home. We build remote property films from your supplied images, using AI cautiously alongside controlled diagrams, captions and sound.

Name the levels before connecting them
For a hillside listing, label photographs by level and explain where the entrance sits. A street-level door may not share a floor with the living area. A verified plan or an agent-approved diagram can make that relationship understandable without an artificial camera flight through walls. Wellington suburbs such as Kelburn provide a real setting for this kind of brief, but we do not assume that every property there has steps, a view or a particular layout. Each sequence follows the building's documented arrangement and keeps uncertain connections out of the visual story.

Treat access as information, not atmosphere
Arrival photographs should show the actual route or be identified simply as exterior views. If parking, stairs or a lift matter to the enquiry, supply accurate details and images where possible. A wide-angle entrance photograph does not establish accessibility, and a smooth generated camera move cannot prove ease of access. We can display approved explanatory text beside a real image instead. Avoid implying that a neighbouring space, roadside area or shared approach belongs to the property. These distinctions are best resolved during image selection rather than after the final edit.

Preserve the outlook as photographed
A view over the harbour may be a selling point for some properties; for others, the relevant feature is a garden or an enclosed courtyard. Show the actual outlook from the identified position. We do not substitute a more dramatic Wellington panorama or remove surrounding structures to improve a composition. AI movement around windows can produce subtle distortions, so every treated shot needs comparison with its source. Lighting and colour can be balanced for coherence while avoiding an unsupported claim about year-round sun, weather or the condition of the building.

Build a viewing invitation with useful questions answered
The ending should identify the next step and leave the viewer with a coherent picture of the rooms, rather than a string of attractive fragments. We agree the factual captions and order before finishing transitions and audio. Any virtual furnishing or future design appears as an explicitly illustrative element. Mobile versions are checked for cropped stairs, hidden boundaries and unreadable room labels. Deliverables and review stages depend on the available material; our remote hybrid offer does not include a local inspection, a recorded walkthrough or an assurance about the eventual transaction.

Plan the details
Can a floor plan appear as part of the film?
Yes, with permission and confirmation that it is suitable for publication. A simple highlighted plan may explain levels or room order more accurately than an invented continuous movement between separate photographs.
How should a cable-car or hillside setting be referenced?
Use only relevant, authorised location material and precise wording. A nearby landmark is contextual information, not proof of transport access, a particular outlook or a connection to the property's own entrance.
Can you remove a neighbouring building from the view?
No. That would change the setting a viewer is assessing. We can choose an accurate alternative composition, but the film must not erase permanent surroundings to create a more desirable apparent outlook.
What if we do not have an entrance photograph?
We can omit an arrival sequence or ask for a suitable image. A generic exterior must not stand in for the entrance, and we should not generate an access route from an interior photograph.

Label your images by room and level, and flag any access detail viewers often misunderstand. We will make those relationships central to the Wellington property presentation.
