Real estate video in Edmonton, from mature infill to new communities

Edmonton property ranges from narrow infill homes in mature neighbourhoods to condominiums in Oliver and new communities on the city’s edges. Notlith builds real estate videos from your photographs, plans and renderings, using AI-assisted motion, editing and sound, produced remotely. We keep rooms, proportions and views true to the property, and we label every concept clearly.

Infill on a mature street

In neighbourhoods such as Westmount, Highlands or King Edward Park, new infill homes sit beside older houses on established lots. Buyers want to understand the light, the layout over several floors and the relationship with the lane and the garage. A walk-through built from photographs of every floor answers that better than a sweeping aerial.

We keep the street context restrained. Neighbouring houses, trees and the lane should look as they do, not as an idealized street. If the build is unfinished, completed interiors appear only as renderings you supply, and the film marks them as such so a buyer never confuses a proposal with a finished space.

Communities still being built

Areas such as Windermere, the Meadows or Blatchford, on the former City Centre Airport lands, are sold partly on plans, show homes and future amenities. A film for a builder or developer can combine show home photographs with approved renderings and site plans, provided each kind of image is clearly identified on screen.

Planned schools, parks, transit or retail stay in the future tense and appear only if your documentation supports them. We do not animate a completed LRT station or shopping street that has not been built. Approved phasing language and disclaimers can be added as end cards, in the wording your legal team provides.

River valley proximity and real views

Homes and condos near the North Saskatchewan River valley are often marketed on trails and green space. That is a fair selling point when it is accurate. Show the view from the actual unit if one exists, and describe the walk to the trail network in your own words; we never generate a valley panorama behind a window that faces another building.

Towers downtown and in Oliver raise the same question with the skyline and the Legislature dome. Floor height, orientation and obstructions matter. Send the photo from the balcony or window in question, and we build the scene around it. Where only a general neighbourhood image exists, it is shown as context, separate from the unit.

Listing in the cold months

Plenty of Edmonton listings go live with snow on the ground. Winter exteriors are honest, and some buyers want to see the driveway, garage and entry in January conditions. Recent summer exteriors can be used too, but we note the season on screen when a lush garden image would otherwise contradict what a buyer sees on a viewing.

Interiors carry the film either way: kitchen, main living space, primary bedroom, and a basement suite when it is legal and may be advertised. Measurements, suite status and inclusions come from your listing data. Agents remain responsible for compliance with Alberta real estate advertising rules; we produce the creative and follow the wording you approve.

Plan the details

Can you create virtual staging?

Yes, as clearly labelled staging. Furniture and décor added to empty rooms are marked as illustrative, so buyers know what is and is not included in the sale.

Is a drone shot possible?

We do not fly drones. If you have aerial photographs taken legally, we can use them. A generated aerial is shown only as an illustrative concept, never as the property.

Can one film serve several units in a development?

Yes, with a shared opening and unit-specific endings. Each ending must match the plan, finishes and views of the unit it advertises.

What should a realtor send first?

The listing photos, floor plan, key facts and the platforms where the video will appear, plus any brokerage branding rules that apply.

Send the photos, floor plan and listing facts for one property, and we will propose a route through it that a buyer can trust.
