AI video production in Tampa: restaurant spots for Gasparilla season
Notlith produces short advertising films for Tampa restaurants and bars ahead of Gasparilla, when parade-day brunches, watch parties and group tables sell out early. We start from photos of your plates, cocktails and dining room, write the spot, use AI for movement, light and atmosphere, and finish edit, grade, music and sound remotely. Your menu stays exactly as it is served.

Selling the table before the cannons
The Gasparilla invasion and parade take over Bayshore Boulevard and downtown on a Saturday in late January, and plans for the day are made well before. For a restaurant in Hyde Park, Channelside or downtown, the useful film runs in December and early January, while groups are still choosing where to meet, eat and watch.
The spot sells one specific offer: a pre-parade brunch, a reserved terrace, a set menu for groups of eight. We write it around the moment the group sits down, show the food and the room, and end on the booking. Everything is agreed with you in script form before a single frame is generated.

Gold, flags and pirate light, without the parade
The festival has its own krewes, ship and imagery, and they are not ours to generate. We will not fake the parade, the flotilla, a crowd on Bayshore or a krewe's costume. The season comes through color and detail instead: black and gold in the grade, beads on a table, morning sun over a terrace that is actually yours.
Your plates are the product. The eggs Benedict, the Cuban sandwich, the cocktail garnish and the glassware are matched to your own photos frame by frame, so a guest who orders from the film gets the dish they saw. If a signature dish only works with steam, sizzle or a pour, filming that one shot for real is often better, and we can mix it into the edit.

A second wave in Ybor and on race weekend
The season does not stop after the main parade. The evening Knight Parade in Ybor City usually follows a few weeks later, and the Gasparilla Distance Classic brings runners and their families downtown in winter. From one master we cut a night version for Ybor venues and a lighter post-race brunch version, changing the offer and the date line, never the dishes.
To start, send well-lit photos of the dishes and drinks on the seasonal menu, wide and detail shots of the dining room and terrace, your logo and fonts, and the exact offer and dates. We review at script, rough cut and final grade, and each spot discloses that AI was used in production.

Where a reservation actually happens
These decisions are often made on a phone, so the vertical cut leads, built for Reels, Stories and the video slot on your Google Business Profile. A 16:9 version suits your website and the screens above the bar, and a square cut fits the email to past guests announcing that parade-day tables are open.
Captions in English and Spanish can be added for a city where both are spoken at many tables, with a native speaker checking the Spanish. Alcohol scenes follow your own responsible service rules, and usage rights for every channel are written into the quote.

Plan the details
Can the spot show the Gasparilla parade itself?
Not as generated footage. A fake parade or crowd would be easy to spot and unfair to the krewes. We suggest the season through color, props and your own room. Real footage you own or license can be cut in.
Can we mention Gasparilla in the ad?
Naming the date and the occasion for your own offer is common, but official logos and krewe emblems belong to their owners. We keep them out unless you have permission, and keep the focus on your menu.
When should we start?
Ideally in November, so the film can run through December when groups book. If your menu is still being finalized, we write the script first and slot in the final dish photos when they are ready.
Do you have a crew in Tampa?
No. We work remotely, without a local crew or office, with calls in Eastern Time. If you want a real pour or sizzle shot, a local photographer or videographer can capture it and we edit it in.
