AI video production in Albuquerque: watermelon light and borrowed symbols

Sandía is Spanish for watermelon, and at sunset the mountains above Albuquerque often turn exactly that pink. It is tempting to generate that light into every ad. Notlith uses AI more carefully: we create advertising films remotely from your real product photos, with creative direction, script, AI-assisted imagery, editing, grading, music and sound, and we draw clear lines around landscapes and symbols that belong to others.

Sunset color as a grade, not a location

A New Mexico salsa, coffee roaster or sparkling wine house may want the warmth of an evening on the West Mesa. We can build that mood with light and color around your real bottle or jar. What we will not do is generate the Sandia crest or the tramway and suggest the product was shot there. The grade can also echo the ochre of adobe walls or the blue of a late winter sky, as long as the product colors stay exact.

If you want the real mountains in the film, supply licensed photographs. The commercial can then cut from your image of the place to our sequence of the product, with the difference clear to the viewer.

The Zia sun and other borrowed symbols

The Zia sun on the state flag comes from Zia Pueblo, which has long asked that its sacred symbol be used respectfully. Pueblo designs, Navajo weaving patterns and kachina imagery raise similar concerns.

We do not generate these motifs for decoration. If a design is part of your brand and you have the right to use it, we reproduce it from your artwork exactly, and only in contexts you approve. Ask us early if a pattern in your packaging has cultural origins; we would rather discuss it before the concept than after the first cut.

One master for Fiesta, summer and the holidays

Local brands often advertise around three moments: Balloon Fiesta in October, chile season in late summer and the holidays. A single master film with interchangeable openings, titles and end cards covers them without three productions. A Fiesta opening might start in pre-dawn blue, a chile season version in late summer gold, a holiday version under lantern light, while the product sequence in the middle stays the same.

We deliver 16:9 for the web and screens, 9:16 for stories and short video, 1:1 for feeds. English and Spanish versions are written by native writers rather than machine-translated.

Labelling, review and ownership

In a city where many people work in film, audiences notice generated imagery. We recommend stating clearly that AI was used and agree the wording with you. Reviews are scheduled in rounds, with product details checked frame by frame.

The rights to use the delivered film, and any limits on that use, are set out in the quote. Where a story depends on real people, a real kitchen or a real event, we suggest a local shoot instead. Your packaging, labels and any certification marks are reproduced exactly from your files, never redrawn by a model.

Plan the details

Can the ad show balloons over the city?

Generic balloons can appear as a labelled mood. Imagery suggesting the official Balloon Fiesta requires permission from its organizers.

Can AI create a spokesperson for our brand?

No. We do not generate people to give testimonials or speak for a company. Real presenters need real filming.

What do you need to start?

Product photos from every angle, your logo and packaging files, the intended channels and an idea of the tone you want.

Can we reuse the film next year?

Yes, within the usage terms in your quote. Updating the end card or the offer is usually simple.
