Corporate film in Norwich: from claims desks to grain stores
Insurance has been part of Norwich's working life since the eighteenth century, and the county around the city grows sugar beet, malting barley and much else that feeds a long supply chain. Employers in both worlds need to explain jobs that outsiders rarely picture. Notlith makes corporate films remotely from your photographs, documents and approved wording, with creative direction, AI-assisted motion, editing, colour and sound.

What happens between a claim and a cheque
Underwriting, claims handling, pricing and fraud investigation are careers that are hard to picture from outside. A corporate film for a Norwich insurer can follow a single, invented-but-typical case through the building: the first call, the assessment, the data team's check, the settlement letter. The case is clearly illustrative, and every role in it is described as your HR team describes it.
We build that story from screenshots of internal tools with customer data removed, office photographs and short written accounts from staff. Generated sequences help where the work is abstract, such as risk models or pricing scenarios, but they never show a fictional employee speaking for the company. Real colleagues who appear do so from material they agreed to.
Compliance before the first frame
When a film addresses customers as well as candidates, it may count as a financial promotion, and your compliance team will want to see the claims before anything is animated. We therefore deliver a written script with every on-screen statement listed, so it can be reviewed once, properly, at the start. Images follow the approved text, not the other way round.
Internal versions for induction or a town hall can be looser in tone but still go through your own sign-off. We keep a record of which wording was approved for which version, so the external cut never borrows a line that was only cleared for staff.

Harvest timetables and the people behind them
Agronomists, grain traders, haulage planners and engineers at machinery dealers keep Norfolk's arable year moving. Their busiest weeks are the worst time to bring a camera onto a farm, which is one reason a remote film suits them. Photographs from the yard, the store, the drill and the weighbridge, taken by your own team across the season, become the raw material.
The film can explain where a role sits in the chain, from field to maltings or sugar factory, without claiming a customer relationship you have not confirmed. Logos of buyers and processors appear only with permission. If a recruit needs to see a real day on site, a short phone recording by a colleague is often more honest than any generated scene.

A version for careers fairs at UEA and NUA
The University of East Anglia and Norwich University of the Arts both sit within reach of the city centre, and employers recruiting graduates often meet them at campus events. A two-minute cut that runs silently on a stand, with clear captions, does different work from the full film on your careers page.
We plan both from the start so captions, pacing and the end card fit each place. If you also need interviews with staff talking about why they joined, those require a real shoot, and we will tell you when that matters more than polish.

Plan the details
Can you make a film that both recruits and sells?
Usually it is better as two cuts from shared material, because the claims and the approvals differ. We plan both versions in one script so the work is done once.
Do you need access to our offices?
No. We work from photographs and screenshots your team supplies. We send a shot list so the right spaces and screens are captured without disturbing anyone.
Can staff appear without being filmed?
Only through photographs or recordings they have agreed to. We do not generate likenesses of employees or create invented colleagues who speak for the company.
Is the farm footage enough for a careers film?
Often, if it covers the season. Phone photos of equipment, stores and offices taken over a few months give us plenty to shape into a clear account of the work.

Send us the roles you are hiring for, a folder of workplace photographs and the wording your compliance or HR team has already approved, and we will outline a film.
