Make a remote first impression useful
A property or hotel film may reach someone long before a visit. That viewer needs a clear understanding of the space rather than a montage that makes every room appear interchangeable. A sensible sequence introduces the property, gives its main spaces context and selects details that support the offer. The film should help someone ask informed questions, not claim to replace a viewing or an inspection.
Dubai Media Office reports on the emirate's property market. For your project, we focus on the individual subject: the spaces that exist, the images you can use and the information a distant viewer needs before taking the next step. A film can support that first impression; its style alone cannot establish a property's condition or predict a sale.
Property films: accuracy before atmosphere
Supply photographs that establish the actual rooms, finishes, exterior and relevant views. Different images need to refer to the same property and current condition. The edit can guide attention and the lighting can create continuity, but an extra terrace, a wider room or an altered skyline would change the proposition. Product-like fidelity matters for a building too.
A generated camera movement is an illustration, not a drone survey. It must not invent surrounding roads, neighbouring buildings or a sea view that the references cannot support. Our Real Estate concept shows a fictional Mediterranean villa with a pool. Its narrative and colour palette can inform a discussion, but neither its geography nor its amenities transfer to your listing by default.
Architectural renders and off-plan projects need a separate assessment before acceptance. State clearly that the project is proposed, identify the author and usage rights of the render, and ask us to confirm whether the material is suitable. This page does not promise that every render will be accepted as a photograph or that an unbuilt feature can be presented as completed property.
Hotels and restaurants: describe the experience honestly
Hospitality imagery can move from arrival to a room, a dining space and a considered final detail. Start with the actual facilities available to the guest. When an amenity belongs only to a particular room category or season, that distinction should remain in the approved information. A film should not turn an occasional service into an unconditional promise.
A restaurant may need a more compact story, beginning with a current dish and revealing the room around it. Food photographs should match the menu the business intends to promote. The Restaurant concept is an invented brand example and does not document a Dubai venue. Use the demonstration to assess lighting and pace, while your own files establish the place and offer.
See the visual approach
The villa is a fictional Notlith property concept created from photographs. It is not a Dubai listing, a local client reference or drone footage.
English, adaptable to your language
Products and company propositions
A fragrance, design object or collection needs complementary reference views, not simply several copies of the same packshot. Shape, colour, labelling and material remain the checks against which a generated shot is judged. A fictional setting may give the object an atmosphere, but it must not change what a customer will receive.
A company film can explain a service through accurate information and authorised imagery. It cannot fabricate employees, customer quotations or proven results. If the brief depends on a real person speaking or an event being recorded, use a provider who films those people and events. Notlith's remote approach is appropriate when the story can be built honestly from existing visual material.
English, Arabic and the time a voice needs
Language choices affect the writing, not just the final audio file. English and Arabic versions may need different sentence lengths and timing. Specify which public each version addresses and which names, figures or product descriptions must remain exact. The approved message comes first; the edit then leaves room for a natural delivery.
An Arabic voice, a particular regional accent, a human performer or subtitles should be requested explicitly. Availability, adaptation, licensing and inclusion are confirmed in the quote. On-screen Arabic also receives a review of wording and layout before the version is approved.
Production without a local filming operation
A Notlith project does not send a crew to a property or arrange a location shoot in Dubai. Your images are the starting point for a scripted hybrid film, then editing, colour grading and sound shape the finish. We explain the use of AI-generated scenes on the transparency page. The resulting film should not be passed off as documentary location footage.
If you need a real shoot, the Dubai Film and TV Commission provides the relevant official guidance. Requirements depend on the proposed production; this page does not quote vendor permit delays or claim that a specific approval is unnecessary for a separate activity. Working from photographs does not remove the obligation to hold the rights to those files and represented assets.
What the Dubai price needs to include
Current UAE prices are shown below. Select another country if your project needs a different currency or market rate. The quote establishes the applicable film scope, language versions, voice rights and invoicing, including the treatment of tax.
A property film, a product campaign and a company presentation may require different material and versions even if their running time is similar. Compare those deliverables alongside the headline price. Advertising spend, documentary filming, engineering animation and unconfirmed language options are not assumed to be part of a standard film package.
Choose a production approach before choosing a supplier
Look for examples that match the kind of decision your audience is making. A dramatic landscape may be irrelevant if the important question is whether a room layout is intelligible. Ask what is generated, what comes from your references and how inaccuracies will be checked. Separate visual style from claims of property, product or business performance.
Then review source-image rights, voice licensing, approval responsibilities and the schedule. Notlith works remotely from Lille, France, without a Dubai office. A desired launch date belongs in the first enquiry, together with the current state of the photographs. The proposal can then describe a film the available material genuinely supports.

Questions about a Dubai project
How much does video production for Dubai cost?
The offers below show current UAE prices. Your quote confirms the film, required versions, options, rights and applicable tax treatment.
Can you make an off-plan film from renders?
Submit the material for assessment before assuming it is accepted. The project must be labelled as proposed, and the render's authorship and usage rights must be clear.
Do the generated views prove a property's surroundings?
No. They are illustrations and must not invent or certify features missing from the authorised references. A real survey or viewing serves a different purpose.
Can I request Arabic voice-over and subtitles?
Yes, as requirements to be scoped. The voice variant, availability, adaptation, licensing and subtitle inclusion are confirmed in the quote.
Are you based in Dubai?
No. Notlith is based in Lille, France, and works remotely from client material. No local office, visit or filming crew is included.
How do I choose the right production company?
Compare relevant examples, factual accuracy, source rights, the use of generated imagery, the approval process and what the proposal actually includes.
