Corporate films and employer brand video for Dubai

A company film is more useful when it explains a specific part of the business. Notlith creates hybrid, AI-assisted corporate films remotely from your photographs and approved references. For Dubai organisations, we can introduce a workplace, explain an offer or support recruitment, combining creative direction, editing and sound without inventing employee experiences or company achievements.

Show the workplace an applicant would recognise

For an employer-brand brief, begin with what a candidate needs to understand about the environment. Photographs of your actual office can establish the entrance, shared areas and working spaces. A Business Bay address or a presence in Dubai International Financial Centre supplies context, but it does not demonstrate culture, benefits or the nature of a role.

We keep the physical presentation grounded in current references. Do not combine several locations into an apparently single office without explanation. If part of the team works remotely, that can be stated using approved information rather than illustrated through fictitious people presented as employees.

Explain a digital workflow with approved screens

A service company may need to make its customer journey understandable before discussing its wider story. Supply sanitised screens and an outline of the process. We can follow an enquiry, a confirmed step and a clear outcome, provided those actions match the actual service.

The application demo is a fictional concept, not evidence that your business has a platform or particular capability. We do not invent integrations or turn placeholder data into a claim about customers. Text, icons and the order of screens need specific checking because small changes can materially alter the message.

Connect the company story to something it makes

For a design or manufacturing business, a real product can make the corporate message concrete. A furniture-led sequence might show the finished object and selected construction details from your photographs. The seat demo suggests how to present form and material; it is not a documented factory process or a reference for your production capacity.

If you want to show workmanship, safety procedures or an exact fabrication step, authentic source footage may be necessary. We do not use generated workers as proof of operations in Al Quoz or elsewhere. Company milestones and output claims should come from information your responsible team has approved.

Scope recruitment and company introductions separately

An employer-brand version can focus on the working environment and a specific opportunity, while a sales presentation explains the offer to a buyer. They may share office imagery, but their messages and destinations differ. We plan the versions around those audiences so the film does not become a list of unrelated company facts.

Before delivery, your reviewer confirms roles, locations and approved statements. We check the room sequence, branding, legibility and sound. Music, voice and language versions are defined in the quote, along with revisions. We do not promise applications, hiring outcomes or sales leads from the finished film.

Plan the details

Can you create employee interviews from photographs?

Not as genuine testimony. An interview requires an authentic recording and permission for its use. A clearly identified narrated company introduction is a different format and must not be presented as words spoken by a real employee.

Can we show a new office before moving in?

Yes, as a clearly labelled proposed workplace using approved design references. Keep it separate from the current office and avoid describing amenities or completion as established facts before your team can confirm them.

What information should stay out of the reference pack?

Exclude customer records, private personnel details and confidential screen content. Send only the images and approved information required for the film. Sanitised examples can explain a workflow without exposing real business or personal data.

Will you visit our Dubai office?

The workflow described here is remote and photo-led. No local filming team is included. We assess whether the supplied material can support the message and identify when authentic filming would be needed instead.

Start with your images

Choose the audience first, then share approved workplace, product or process references. We will build the company film around a message you can substantiate.
