Commercial video production for Hamilton

Hamilton, Kirikiriroa, grew up on both banks of the Waikato River surrounded by dairy farmland, and its economy still carries that mark: agri-science, rural services, manufacturing and logistics, alongside a university, retail and hospitality. Notlith makes commercial films for businesses here remotely, from your photographs, plans and brand material, with creative direction, AI-assisted imagery, editing, colour and sound.

A river city in farming country

The Waikato River runs through the centre of Hamilton, with walkways along its banks and the central city on the west side facing Hamilton East and Claudelands across the water. Hamilton Gardens, south of the centre, is known for its themed gardens, from the Italian Renaissance and Chinese Scholar's gardens to the Japanese Garden of Contemplation.

Around the city lies dairy country. Each June, Fieldays brings the agricultural sector to Mystery Creek, just south of Hamilton, and the research campus at Ruakura and the University of Waikato keep science close to the farm. Te Rapa and Ruakura host industry and logistics, while new housing is taking shape in areas such as Rototuna and Peacocke.

What a remote studio can do here

A lot of Waikato businesses already hold the raw material for a film: photographs from a launch, renders of a development, product shots for a catalogue, images of a dining room or a motel unit. We turn that into finished work, using AI where it extends the material and checking every generated shot against its source.

We have no office in Hamilton and send no crew. When a brief depends on interviews, live events or real conditions on a farm, a camera is the right tool, and we say so. We can also edit footage that a local team captures, and combine it with shots we build from your images.

Local references, handled carefully

The river, the gardens or a Waikato morning can belong in your film when they are relevant and supported by licensed imagery. We do not generate recognisable landmarks behind a product, imply links with events or institutions, or turn an address into a claim about origin or service area.

Te reo Māori in titles, captions or narration is reviewed by a fluent speaker you nominate. Formats for web, social and stand screens, language versions and usage of the delivered files are set out in the quote before production begins.

Our films go beyond products: dining room, terrace, suite or office, we showcase your space from your own images.

Working with us from Hamilton

Which films do you make for Hamilton businesses?

Corporate and recruitment films, product films, social video ads, hotel, restaurant and property videos, venue and shop films, event promotion and AI-assisted advertising films, each scoped around the material you have.

Can you prepare a video for a Fieldays stand?

Yes, from your product photos, site details and approved claims. We can deliver a pre-show teaser and a silent loop for screens on the site.

Do you work with businesses elsewhere in the Waikato?

Yes. Production is remote, so a company in Cambridge, Te Awamutu, Morrinsville or Raglan follows the same process as one in central Hamilton.

What should we send first?

Your objective, the audience, where the film will run and a selection of current photographs. We review the material before proposing a sequence.
