Hotel film production in Perth for guests planning a wider trip
Guests rarely book a Perth hotel for the city alone. Many are planning Rottnest Island, the Swan Valley or a drive south, and your property is the base that makes the trip work. Notlith produces hotel films remotely from your own room, lobby and amenity photographs, combining AI-assisted motion with creative direction, editing, colour grading and sound. The result shows what a guest will find on arrival, and nothing your property does not provide.
Remote production · From your photos

The property as a base, not a brochure for the region
Ferries to Rottnest leave from Barrack Street Jetty and from Fremantle, and a hotel near either may want to say so. That is useful information, presented as a caption or a map card. What we avoid is cutting from your lobby to a beach on the island, as though the two were the same place.
Destination images can appear when you hold the rights and the edit labels them as nearby attractions. The film's centre of gravity stays inside your building: the room a guest will sleep in, the breakfast they will eat, the view from the window if the window genuinely has it. A hotel is judged on that promise when the curtains open.

Limestone facades and the West End
Fremantle's West End keeps a dense group of nineteenth-century buildings, and several of them now house accommodation. For a heritage property, the facade and original details carry the identity. Photograph them in even light, front-on and at an angle, so we can animate gently without distorting cornices or window proportions.
Inside, period character and modern comfort often sit side by side. Show both honestly. If some rooms are in a newer wing, label the categories clearly so a guest who books the heritage room knows that is what they will get. Our chair concept, fictional, shows how a single furnishing can carry a mood. A restored staircase or a lead-light window can do the same work in your film.

Riverside towers and the business traveller
Around Elizabeth Quay and along the Swan, a hotel's audience on a weekday may be people attending meetings on the Terrace or flying out to site. For them, the useful film is short: room, desk, connectivity, transport to the airport. A slower edit for leisure guests can share the same source photographs.
River and city views are the obvious temptation. Only rooms whose photographs show that outlook should be presented with it, and we keep the floor or category visible in captions where it matters. A generated sunset over the water would be easy to make and hard to defend at check-in.

Seasons that change the offer
Perth's dry summer and its wetter winter months attract different travellers, and spring brings the wildflower season. A pool terrace may lead the film in January; a restaurant, a fireplace or a spa package may work better in July. We can prepare seasonal openings around one core sequence.
Rates, package inclusions and dates belong on the booking page rather than baked into the video. Keep them in an end card we can update. The quote confirms durations, formats for your website and social channels, and the number of review rounds. Separate edits for direct booking and for travel-trade partners can be scoped if needed. Wholesalers selling Western Australian itineraries overseas may want captions rather than voice-over, so the film works in any market.

Plan the details
Can the film include Rottnest or Kings Park?
Yes, with rights-cleared images labelled as nearby attractions. We will not imply that a landmark is visible from your rooms unless your photographs show it. Directions and ferry information are better as captions.
Our photos are a few years old. Can you still work with them?
Only if the rooms still look that way. Renovated spaces, new furniture or changed signage need current photographs, otherwise the film misrepresents what guests will find.
Can you add guests to empty room photos?
We do not insert generated people posing as your guests. A film can feel lived-in through light, sound and detail without inventing occupants. Real guests can appear only from photographs they have agreed to.
Can one film serve corporate and leisure bookings?
A shared master with two endings usually works. Business travellers need practical detail; leisure guests respond to atmosphere and the wider trip. We share the photography between both and change pace, music and the closing call.
