AI video production in New York: one master, every placement
A New York campaign can run on a subway platform screen, a Times Square billboard, a streaming pre-roll and a dozen social formats in the same week. Notlith produces the commercial remotely from your real product photos and brand assets, then builds every version you need. We write or adapt the script, create the imagery with AI-assisted tools, and edit, grade and mix a hybrid film that holds up at any size.

Working alongside Madison Avenue, or without it
Many brands here already have an agency with a script and a strategy. In that case, we act as the production partner: we follow the creative direction, present styleframes for approval and fit into the agency's review chain. For a young label in Dumbo or Bushwick without an agency, we develop the idea ourselves, starting from one sentence that defines the spot.
Either way, the craft is the same. A look is fixed before generation begins: lens, light direction, palette, type and pacing. AI is then used for scenes that would be costly or impossible to shoot, while the product is kept photographic and checked frame by frame against the images you send, from the weave of a fabric to the embossing on a cap.

Fashion Week timing and garment fidelity
Collections are shown in February and September, and launch content needs to be ready the moment the looks are public. Working from lookbook photos and flat shots, we build motion around each garment: fabric catching wind on a rooftop in the Garment District, a coat moving through a stylized winter street. Drape, seams, buttons and color stay faithful.
We do not generate models wearing your clothes and present them as real people, and we never create a digital double of a known face. If the campaign needs a model, cast and shoot one, then we can extend that footage with designed environments. Any AI imagery is disclosed in captions or end cards as platforms require.

Out-of-home, streaming and feeds from one build
A spot designed for a phone does not automatically work on a digital billboard seen from across an avenue. We plan framing for each placement at the script stage, so a fragrance bottle can sit center frame in a vertical cut, hold the right third in a widescreen master and remain legible on silent out-of-home screens without sound.
The city speaks many languages, and campaigns often need Spanish and Chinese versions, sometimes Korean or Russian for specific neighborhoods. We adapt rather than translate, with native voices and retimed text. Every version goes through the same review rounds on a time-coded link, so the agency or brand signs off on each one before it reaches the media vendor.

Rights, review and when to book a real set
Ownership and usage of the delivered film, including channels, territories and duration, are set out in the quote. For agency projects, we align those terms with the client contract before work starts, so nothing needs renegotiating once the media buy is placed. Review runs in agreed stages, from script to final grade, with comments pinned to the second on a shared link, and every language version is checked by a native speaker before delivery.
If the concept depends on a celebrity, a real street scene with recognizable people, or a product demonstration that must be filmed as proof, New York crews will do it better and we will say so plainly. Hybrid production makes sense for product-led ideas, rapid versioning and campaigns that need many cuts from one strong master.

Plan the details
Can you produce an agency's existing script?
Yes. We follow the approved script and creative direction, present styleframes for sign-off, and deliver within the agency's review process, legal checks and technical specs.
Do you deliver specs for subway and billboard screens?
We deliver to the specs your media vendor provides, including resolution, duration, silent playback and safe zones. Send the spec sheet early so framing is planned from the script stage.
Can you show New York landmarks?
We suggest the city through light, architecture types and street textures, but avoid generating specific landmarks, which may be inaccurate or protected. Licensed footage is the better option if a landmark is essential.
How is AI use disclosed?
We recommend a caption or end card noting generated imagery and follow each platform's labelling requirements. Agencies can add their own disclosure language if their client policy requires it.
