Hotel Film in New York

Guests comparing New York hotels need to understand what belongs to the room they can book. A beautiful suite montage is unhelpful if it obscures that distinction. Notlith creates hybrid, AI-assisted hotel films remotely from your photographs. We build an arrival and stay narrative around the categories, spaces and services you actually offer, then shape it through editing, color and sound.

Start with a reason for the stay

A theater visit and a business trip may call for different hotel stories. For a Midtown property, you might want to introduce the room first, then the lobby and a quiet space to sit. A Brooklyn property could choose a more leisurely introduction to its own interiors. Neither brief should assume amenities or neighborhood access from the address alone.

Identify the guest segment and the page where the film will appear. We can prioritize an arrival sequence, a room category or an overall property introduction. A single clear purpose helps avoid a collection of attractive spaces with no indication of what the booking includes.

Keep room categories visually separate

Label photographs by room type and note which fixtures or views vary. We choose representative images and retain their category throughout the edit. If a suite, standard room and meeting space appear in one film, text or structure should make the change clear. A balcony from one category must not quietly become a feature of every room.

Window views, mirror reflections and door positions are checked against the supplied references. We limit movement where an unseen corner would have to be invented. The catalogue interior offers a way to discuss lighting and pacing; it cannot document your floor plan, furnishings or view of New York.

Introduce dining only when it belongs to the offer

A breakfast room or hotel restaurant can give the stay a human scale. Show the actual table setting, room and food service you want to describe. Tell us whether the meal is included, optional or separately operated before we write any accompanying text. We can communicate atmosphere without turning a nearby restaurant into an implied hotel amenity.

The restaurant demo is another fictional concept, useful only for this dining portion of the brief. It does not prove food quality, menu availability or an existing partnership. When the hospitality offer changes seasonally, keep replaceable menu information separate from the main property film.

Make a property film useful across booking contexts

A full room view can anchor the website version, with details supporting it rather than replacing it. For a shorter introduction, choose the same category and preserve enough context to identify the space. Your team checks that the frame still communicates the correct room when viewed on a phone. We agree formats and text positioning before the edit is finished.

Share brand guidance, rights to the images and the intended booking destination. Flag renovation photographs, dated furnishings and any space that is not currently offered. The production scope sets the durations, language versions, sound and review rounds. We do not promise a booking uplift, a ranking improvement or a fixed turnaround without reviewing the actual materials.

Plan the details

Can we suggest proximity to Broadway?

Only through accurate wording you confirm for the property. We do not infer walking times or an easy journey from a Midtown address, and we do not imply a theater partnership.

Can you create a rooftop view we have not photographed?

Not as a representation of an existing guest experience. Supply documented views if they exist; otherwise we base the sequence on spaces and perspectives you can substantiate.

Does the film require a hotel shoot?

The method here starts from your existing photographs and is produced remotely. New on-site photography is not included in the service described on this page.

How should we organize the source files?

Use folders for room categories, lobby, dining and any other spaces. Add a short note explaining which amenities apply to which booking and what has changed since each photo.
