AI video production in Omaha: making intangible products visible

Much of what Omaha sells cannot be held in a hand: insurance policies, payment platforms, logistics software, financial advice. Advertising those products takes an idea more than a set. Notlith produces commercials remotely from your real app screens, photos and brand guidelines. We write the concept, build the images with AI-assisted tools, then edit, grade and mix a hybrid film that explains clearly and looks considered.

One picture for an invisible product

An insurance ad that lists coverage options will be forgotten by the next commercial break. We look instead for a single image that carries the promise: a porch light left on during a Nebraska storm, a hand passing keys across a kitchen table, a claim confirmation arriving on a real phone. The script is built around that image and nothing else.

Once the idea holds, we design the look, then generate settings and motion around it. AI is good at weather, light and quiet domestic scenes; we use it for those, and keep people anonymous, partial or absent rather than inventing customers who appear to vouch for your company. Real faces, when you need them, should come from real people.

Real screens, approved words

Financial services are regulated, and so is the way they are advertised. Every interface in the film comes from your own screenshots or screen recordings, every rate, fee or benefit appears only in wording your compliance team has approved, and disclaimers stay legible in each cutdown. We never mock up features your app does not yet have.

On-screen text is kept in editable layers until final export, so a late change from legal does not mean rebuilding a scene. If your review process requires sign-off from several departments, the schedule allows for it, with each round documented on a time-coded link and every comment traceable to the person who made it. That record helps when an auditor later asks how a claim was approved.

Steak, baseball and the Old Market

Not every Omaha advertiser sells software. Steakhouses, Blackstone District bars, Old Market galleries and Benson venues need spots too, especially in June when college baseball fills hotels and restaurants. For them, we work from photos of the real dining room and the real plate, adding sizzle, steam and evening light without changing the cut, the char or the portion.

We keep local references honest. A spot can feel like a summer evening on the cobblestones of the Old Market without generating its storefronts, and like a ballgame night without reproducing a stadium, team marks or crowds you have no rights to show. Seasonal flavor comes from light, sound and the details of your own venue, which locals recognize and trust more than any generic skyline.

Formats, rights and our limits

We deliver a master and the cuts your plan needs, from horizontal for streaming and local broadcast to vertical and square for social. Spanish versions with native voices suit audiences in South Omaha. Ownership and usage of the delivered film are set out in the quote, and AI imagery is disclosed in captions or end cards as each platform requires.

Some stories need a camera: a real agent talking with a real family, an employee spotlight, a recruitment film where authenticity is the whole point. We will recommend a crew for those, and focus our hybrid work on product, brand and explanatory spots where a clear idea, a careful look and good sound do the work.

Plan the details

Can you show our app without a screen recording?

We need real screens to show the interface accurately. Screenshots of each step work, and we animate between them. We never invent a screen or a feature that is not in the live product.

Can you include customer testimonials?

Only real ones, from real customers who have agreed to appear, filmed or recorded by you or a crew. We do not generate people delivering testimonials.

What about compliance review?

Send your approved claims and disclaimer language at the start. We script within it, keep text editable, and build your compliance sign-off into the review schedule.

Who owns the finished commercial?

Ownership and permitted uses are set out in the quote for your project, including channels and duration, so your legal team can check them before production begins.
