Hotel film in Queenstown: one property, two seasons
A Queenstown hotel sells two different stays. In winter, guests want somewhere to dry boots and get to the ski fields; in summer, they want long evenings by the lake and a base for walking and cycling. Notlith makes hotel films remotely from your photography, with AI-assisted motion used carefully, and can deliver a version for each season.
Remote production · From your photos

A winter edit built around the day on the mountain
The winter guest's questions are practical: is there ski storage, a drying room, a shuttle or parking for a car with chains, and somewhere to sit by a fire afterwards. If your property has those things, show them in order, from the morning departure to the return.
Snow on the Remarkables can appear only when it is in your own photographs. We will not dust your roof or terrace with generated snow, and a heated pool or spa is shown only if it operates in the season the edit promotes.

A summer edit that respects the clock
Summer evenings in the south stay light late, and that light on Lake Wakatipu is part of what guests pay for. If your balcony photographs were taken at that hour, the summer edit can lead with them, followed by bike storage, laundry and the walk into town.
Distances should match reality. A property in Fernhill, Frankton or Arthurs Point has a different relationship with the town centre, and the film should not imply a lakefront stroll where a drive or bus is needed. Your approved wording carries that information, and we keep any travel time out of the film unless you have checked it yourself.

Lake view is a room category, not a mood
In Queenstown, a view of the lake or the mountains can change the room rate, so it must be attached to the right category. We label every source photo by room type and keep views where they belong. A standard room is never shown framed by a window from a suite.
Where only some rooms face the water, the film can say so with a short caption. Guests arriving from Frankton with high expectations are better served by clarity than by an ambiguous shot that leads to a complaint at reception.

Material and versions
Send room photographs by category, exterior images in both seasons if you have them, plans for shared spaces and your current inclusions list. We return a script, look frames and a first cut, then refine through the review rounds agreed in the quote.
Deliverables usually include a landscape master for your website and booking partners, and vertical cuts for stories. Generated or extended imagery is disclosed in captions according to the platform's rules and your own policy. Usage rights for the finished film are set out in the quote.

Plan the details
We only have summer photographs. Can we still make a winter film?
We can make a film that suits winter bookings from interiors and amenities, but snow scenes need real photos. A short winter photo session may be worth arranging.
Can the film mention nearby ski fields or trails?
Yes, as destination context with accurate travel modes. We do not suggest your hotel provides lift passes, transport or guiding unless it does.
Can we feature our restaurant inside the hotel film?
Yes, with current menu photos and opening details. If the restaurant closes in a shoulder season, we keep that out of the relevant version.
What about apartments and serviced residences?
The same approach works. We show kitchens, laundries and bedroom layouts as photographed, and label each configuration so groups can compare options.
Start with your images
Send us photographs labelled by room category and season, plus your inclusions list, and we will propose a winter and a summer structure.
