Event promotional video on the Sunshine Coast: selling entries, seats and tables
Events on the Sunshine Coast range from triathlons along the Mooloolaba Esplanade to long lunches in the hinterland and matches at the stadium in Bokarina. Each needs its audience to commit before the day: an entry, a ticket, a booking. Notlith makes promotional videos remotely from your photographs, maps and approved details, with creative direction, AI-assisted motion, editing and sound.

Persuading people to enter a race
Participation events such as the Mooloolaba Triathlon and the Ironman 70.3 race held on the coast show how much endurance sport uses the beaches and esplanades here. A new run, swim or ride series has a different task from a concert: it must convince someone to train for months and pay an entry fee.
The promo should answer what an entrant needs: distances, start location, cut-off times, the course shape. We take those from the organiser's documents and animate the map from your own route file, rather than inventing a coastline flyover that does not match the course. Transition areas, aid stations and parking are labelled from your plan.

Closures, permits and careful wording
Events on public foreshores run under council permits, traffic plans and conditions that can change late. A teaser that promises a beach finish before the approval arrives creates trouble for the organiser and confusion for the public.
We keep provisional details in a separate layer of the edit. When a start time, a road closure or a venue changes, we update that layer and re-export, so the version on your registration page always matches what has been confirmed.

Long tables in Maleny and Montville
Food and wine weekends, farm dinners and markets in the hinterland sell limited seats, often to people driving up from the coast or from Brisbane for the day. Their promotion depends on the setting, the producers and the menu, all of which can be shown truthfully from photographs.
We build those films around the table, the plates and the view as they really are, and we show the wet-weather setup if there is one. Mist on the range can be beautiful, but we do not add it to a sunny afternoon to make the event look moodier.

Stadium nights and showground dates
Sunshine Coast Stadium at Bokarina and the Nambour Showgrounds, home of the Sunshine Coast Agricultural Show, host fixtures that sell seats in tiers. Each release, from early bird to final allocation, deserves its own short message, timed to the moment that tier opens.
We cut a master teaser and then a series of short versions for each ticket stage, keeping the venue, the date and the price wording exactly as your ticketing partner publishes them. Team or show branding appears only with the rights holder's approval.

Plan the details
Can you film our event on the day?
No. We work remotely and do not send crews. For live coverage, hire a local videographer; we can then cut their footage into next year's promotion.
Can the video use the Ironman or triathlon brands?
Only if you are the rights holder or have written permission. Otherwise we refer to the coastline and your own event name, nothing more.
What if our course or venue is not final?
We build the promo so that dates, routes and venues sit in an editable layer and can be swapped once confirmed, without reopening the whole edit or the music.
Can we show crowds from last year?
Yes, from your own photographs of last year's edition. We do not generate crowds to make an event look busier than it was. Check that people who are clearly identifiable agreed to be photographed.
