Gold Coast Australia
Commercial video production for the Gold Coast
The Gold Coast is a long, narrow city: beaches and towers along the shoreline, canals and suburbs behind them, rainforest ranges further inland. A film for a business here has to say which part of that picture it belongs to. Notlith makes advertising films remotely from your photographs and brand material, with creative direction, AI-assisted motion, editing, colour and sound.
Remote production · From your photos

A city in strips, from the Broadwater to the border
The urban area runs from the Broadwater and the northern suburbs down through Southport, Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach to Burleigh Heads and Coolangatta, where Queensland meets New South Wales. Behind the beaches lie canal estates and newer suburbs, and to the west the hinterland rises towards Springbrook and the ranges along the state border.
Each strip has its own commercial character. A brief for a beachfront tower, a canal home, a shop in a suburban centre or a retreat in the hills calls for different light, pace and information. We begin every project by fixing that place precisely, using your photographs rather than the familiar skyline.

Tourism is visible, but it is not the whole economy
Visitors shape a large part of the city's advertising: accommodation, attractions, dining and tours. Yet many Gold Coast businesses sell to residents or to the rest of Australia, from builders and health practices to surf and swimwear labels, marine trades and food and drink producers. Their films need to look like their own work, not a holiday brochure.
That is where a photo-based approach is useful. When your product, room or completed job is already well documented, we can build a finished advertising film without a shoot, while keeping shapes, finishes and spaces faithful to the originals.

What we do remotely, and what we leave to a crew
Notlith has no office or camera crew on the Gold Coast. We work from what you send: product and venue photographs, plans, brand guidelines and approved wording. From that material we write the idea, design the look, generate and assemble sequences, then grade, edit and add sound. Demos on this page are fictional concepts, not local clients.
Some stories need a camera: a real interview, a live event, people doing something that has to be seen as it happened. The city has experienced crews and studio facilities for that work, and we will say so when it suits your brief more than our method does.

Preparing a first brief
Tell us who the film is for, where it will appear and what the viewer should do next. Add a representative set of original images and any facts that must appear exactly: opening hours, product claims, room categories, licence details. If your audience spans the border, mention it; Queensland does not observe daylight saving, while New South Wales does.
We review the material, point out gaps and propose a concept before motion work begins. The quote then sets out deliverables, formats, review rounds and usage of the finished film.

Venue films
Welcoming guests? We film your venue too.
Restaurant, hotel, shop or property: from your photos, we make a hybrid film that makes people want to visit.

Preparing your film
Can the film show Gold Coast beaches or landmarks?
Yes, using licensed or owned photographs that are clearly presented as destination context. We do not generate recognisable landmarks or imply that your premises share a view they do not have.
Do you work with businesses outside the tourist strip?
Yes. Suburban shops, trades, clinics, developers in the northern growth areas and hinterland venues are all suited to this approach when good photographs exist.
Can you adapt one film for several channels?
We plan a master and recomposed versions for websites, social feeds and listings, so the subject remains readable in each format.
What should we send first?
A short description of the goal, the intended placements and a small set of original photographs. We assess them before proposing a concept.
