Commercial video production for Newcastle upon Tyne

A service becomes easier to assess when a prospective client can see what they ask for and what they receive. We turn one representative request into a clear sequence, without inventing performance figures.

Make the scope understandable before the meeting

Invest Newcastle describes an ecosystem of corporate and professional services. Our editorial response is to focus on the boundary of a single service: where the request starts, which work is included and what is handed back. This local context does not imply an affiliation with the organisations mentioned by that source.

Choose a request that your audience recognises. A review, an analysis and an implementation project deliver different things. We identify the input and the final output first, then select the intermediate step that best explains your contribution. A short film does not need to reproduce an entire engagement.

Use a deliverable that can safely be shown

An anonymised report, a permitted diagram or a test-data screen can make the work concrete. Remove client names and commercially sensitive details before sharing the reference. Specify where examples are illustrative and where they are genuine extracts, so that the final sequence does not blur that distinction.

If a service depends on an approval, the film should retain that dependency. A fast transition does not demonstrate turnaround time, savings or return on investment. We use confirmed figures only when they apply to the proposition shown; otherwise the sequence explains the process in words and images.

Move towards a qualified conversation

The final invitation can ask the viewer to describe their needs or arrange an introductory discussion. Its wording should match your actual intake process. For a presentation shown without sound, headings can carry the essential relationship between request and output; a voiced version may need a separate pace.

Notlith creates the work remotely with creative direction, hybrid imagery, editing, colour and sound. The app demonstration is fictional and does not show a Newcastle client. Provide the approved example and intended uses. We define the deliverables, available references and required adaptations in a project quote.

Preparing your film

Can we show a result without naming the client?

Yes, with permission to use the material and effective anonymisation. Remove indirect identifiers as well as the obvious name and logo.

Do we need a numerical benefit for the film?

No. A clear explanation of the work and deliverable can be useful without a performance claim. Any numbers used need an appropriate factual basis.

Can the film cover our whole service catalogue?

It can introduce a wider offer, but a single-request film works best with one outcome. Distinct services may need separate sequences or versions.
