AI video production in Milton Keynes: a move-in campaign for a kitchen and furniture showroom

New phases of homes keep being completed on the edges of Milton Keynes, around Whitehouse, Fairfields and Brooklands, and each one hands keys to households facing bare rooms and a builder's standard kitchen. For a local kitchen, flooring or furniture showroom, that handover is the advertising moment. Notlith makes the campaign film with AI video production, remotely, from photographs of your real ranges and showroom, then writes, directs, edits, grades and scores it.

Households holding new keys and empty rooms

The viewer has just completed on a new-build house or flat. The rooms are clean, white and unfurnished, the kitchen is the developer's specification, and the budget has been stretched by the move. They are deciding what to buy first, and several of those purchases will follow soon after the keys.

So the film opens where they are: an empty living room in a modern house, late light on a pale floor. It then shows one change at a time, a sofa, a dining set, a new worktop, each taken from your actual ranges. The idea is simple and local: the house you were handed, made yours, with a showroom a short drive away on the grid.

Your ranges placed in a room of honest size

AI lets us stage furniture and kitchens in rooms that look like recent new-build interiors, without hiring a show home. The products themselves are rebuilt from your photographs and specification sheets: fabric, leg finish, door profile, worktop edge. We check every frame against them, and a three-seater never stretches into a four-seater.

Scale matters most here, because new-build rooms can be compact. If you supply typical room dimensions from local house types, we size the generated rooms to match, so a corner sofa is shown in a space where it would really fit. The rooms are labelled as illustrative; they are not any developer's property or show home.

The showroom itself, never a generated one

Late in the film, the viewer needs to know where to go. That part uses only your real material: the frontage, the car park off the grid road, the display kitchens and the sofa floor, from photographs you take. We may relight or animate them gently, but we do not add displays, square metres or brands you do not carry.

Offers need the same care. Interest-free credit and finance terms are regulated promotions, so wording comes from your approved financial promotion, not from us, and appears as a caption you can change. Delivery and fitting promises are stated only as you actually provide them.

Re-cut as each phase completes

One approved master can be re-cut through the year: vertical versions for social ads aimed at the newer estates, a square edit for marketplace and local pages, and a longer cut for your website. When a developer releases another phase, a fresh caption or opening room keeps the advert current without rebuilding it.

We label the synthetic rooms clearly in every version. Bletchley Park, on the south side of the city, hosted the AI Safety Summit in 2023, and the plain principle behind that debate applies to a furniture advert too: viewers should know what was generated. If you want real customers in their own homes, that calls for a photographer or camera, and we will say so.

Plan the details

Can you show our products in a specific developer's house type?

Only in a generic room of similar size. Developers' designs, names and show homes belong to them, so we do not reproduce or name them without permission.

Do we need to photograph every product in the range?

No. Choose the pieces the campaign is built on and photograph those well, from several angles and in daylight. Other items can appear later in still form.

Can the advert mention specific estates?

Captions can name areas in factual terms, for targeting relevance. They must not suggest a partnership with a developer or a residents' group.

Can the film include our finance offer?

Yes, using the exact approved wording and representative example your finance provider requires, in captions that can be swapped when the offer changes.

Start with your images

Send photographs of the pieces the campaign should lead with, a few showroom images and the move-in offer you plan to run.
