Property videos for London listings

A property film should make a viewing enquiry more informed. For London agents, owners and property businesses, Notlith assembles supplied photographs into a directed, AI-assisted presentation. The work happens remotely and includes editing, colour and sound. We aim to clarify the spaces you can document, while keeping any imagined furnishing or proposed refurbishment distinct from the property as it stands.

Make the sequence answer a buyer’s first questions

Begin with the relationship between the main spaces rather than the most dramatic detail. An entrance, living room and kitchen can form a clear progression if photographs or a plan establish their connection. Where the layout is uncertain, separate views are preferable to a fabricated camera journey through an invented doorway.

A warehouse-style apartment in the Docklands and a terrace in Islington might require very different visual explanations. Neither description establishes the characteristics of your listing. Send the actual property type, room labels and features you wish to highlight, with supporting information for any dimensions used on screen.

Protect geometry when introducing movement

Window frames, mirrors and corridor depth can shift during image generation. We check these against your originals and limit camera movement when a more ambitious shot would distort the room. A sense of polish should not depend on widening a narrow space or removing a permanent feature.

Provide several angles where possible, especially at transitions between rooms. Identify doors that do not connect to the next pictured space. Exterior photographs need the same discipline: we retain the documented façade and do not add a balcony, parking space or attractive neighbouring building.

Separate an available home from a design possibility

An empty flat may benefit from a clearly identified furnishing concept. That is a different proposition from showing furniture already present or included. We agree labels and the boundary between current photographs and proposed arrangements before producing the sequence, so the distinction survives a short social cut as well as the full presentation.

For a renovation brief, supply the approved proposal alongside current views. We avoid merging the two into an apparently completed interior. A speculative visual cannot confirm feasibility, dimensions or finish quality; the film should point interested viewers back to the appropriate property documents.

Use London context without inventing proximity

Greenwich, the Thames and the city’s parks may be meaningful context for some homes, but an attractive district montage cannot establish a view or a walking time. You confirm any access wording, and contextual images need suitable usage rights. The film remains about the property rather than a collection of recognisable landmarks.

The final action might invite a viewing, request particulars or introduce a development enquiry. We plan the ending around that action and keep changing availability outside an enduring edit where practical. Versions, captions and review stages are scoped in advance; the service does not promise an achieved price or a faster sale.

Plan the details

Can you turn estate-agent photographs into a video?

Yes, subject to image quality and permission to use the photographs for this purpose. We inspect the selection before confirming the approach. A film cannot recover an unseen room accurately from a single partial image.

Does the film replace a measured floor plan?

No. It provides an edited introduction, not a spatial survey. Measurements and the relationship between rooms need verified documentation. Viewers should still have access to particulars and an actual viewing where appropriate.

Can you remove a permanent obstruction or defect?

We do not use generated changes to misrepresent the property. If a proposed alteration is part of the brief, it must be identified as a proposal. Ordinary presentation choices cannot silently change what a buyer would find.

Could one edit serve lettings and sales?

Sometimes, but the message and destination may differ. Identify the intended tenure, confirmed features and audience before production. We can scope separate endings rather than allowing an ambiguous call to action to undermine the presentation.

Start with your images

Send current room photographs, a labelled plan if available and the intended enquiry route. We will propose a sequence that stays accountable to the property.
