Corporate and employer-brand films in London
A company film becomes useful when it gives somebody a reason to understand the business. Notlith works remotely with London organisations to turn approved photographs and company information into hybrid, AI-assisted films. We develop the narrative, assemble the edit and shape colour and sound. Whether the viewer is a prospective client or a future colleague, the claims must come from your organisation.

Choose between a business introduction and a hiring story
A professional-services business in the City may need to explain how an engagement begins. A technology team around King’s Cross might want to introduce its product and working context. These are different briefs, and neither is solved by a generic statement that the company is innovative. We look for the question your audience actually asks.
For client communication, that question may concern the service and the next step. For employer branding, it may concern the role, team structure or working environment. We propose a central thread before selecting imagery so the film does not become a disconnected company overview.

Make the workplace recognisable to the people who use it
Supply current views of your own premises and tell us which spaces the audience will recognise. A meeting room, shared workspace or reception can establish context without implying facilities you do not provide. Hybrid working arrangements should be described from your approved policy rather than inferred from attractive office imagery.
The property concept illustrates spatial treatment only. It is not a photograph of your offices. We avoid borrowing a glamorous fictional interior and presenting it as your London headquarters; your references define the actual environment and the movement it can support.
Show an offer through evidence rather than a slogan
For a digital business, authorised interface captures can explain a real user task. Product names, controls and transitions must be checked against the current service. A symbolic animation can support the story, but it should not be mistaken for a feature demonstration or a documented customer result.
For other businesses, a simple sequence explaining how an enquiry becomes a project may be more useful. We work from approved wording and imagery, with any outcome claims supported by material you can stand behind. No client logos, awards or credentials are added merely to make the film persuasive.

Treat employee representation as part of editorial approval
If real colleagues appear, agree the use of their images and names before production. A person’s photograph does not authorise us to invent a spoken endorsement. A recorded contribution needs an authentic source; a scripted company narration should be clearly distinct from somebody’s personal testimony.
A recruitment cut can finish on the appropriate careers destination, while a business introduction may invite a conversation with the team. We define those endings, caption requirements and feedback stages in the quotation. One nominated reviewer can consolidate factual, people-related and brand comments before the delivery versions are finalised.

Plan the details
Can you create an interview from a staff photograph?
We do not present invented speech as a genuine employee interview. If an authentic contribution is important, provide an authorised recording. Alternatively, the film can use approved narration without attributing personal testimony to a colleague.
Can the film cover several London offices?
Yes, when each location has suitable references and a clear role in the story. Label the spaces so the edit does not imply a single continuous workplace. Avoid including confidential information visible on screens or desks.
How do you handle confidential company material?
Send only the approved selection needed for the brief, with sensitive documents and screen details removed before sharing. Identify restrictions clearly. The scope should establish which assets and statements may appear in the finished film.
Will an employer-brand film improve recruitment?
We cannot guarantee applications or hiring outcomes. The film can provide a clearer introduction to your organisation and roles. Its message should remain consistent with your careers information and what candidates will actually encounter.
Start with your images
Describe the audience, the question the film should answer and the evidence available. We will propose a company story your team can recognise and verify.
