Guests often see the same room on several sites before they decide. What tips them is the stay they can picture: breakfast in the sun, the spa at the end of the day, the view on waking. We build that picture from your own photographs, for boutique hotels, resorts, guesthouses, spas and serviced villas.

Rooms or experience?Your booking engine already lists the rooms one by one.
+
Your booking engine already lists the rooms one by one. A film can do something different: connect the spaces and give the day a shape. Arrival, the pool, dinner, a quiet room at night.
For a small property, the experience usually counts for more than the room category. For a resort, the film helps guests grasp the size of the estate and how much there is to do. We settle this in the brief, before a word of script is written.
Sometimes the spa or the restaurant is the real draw, pulling in local guests who never stay the night. In that case the film speaks to day visitors as much as to travellers.

Direct booking and OTA listingsOn your own site, the film belongs next to the booking engine.
+
On your own site, the film belongs next to the booking engine. That is where commission-free bookings are won or lost. A shorter cut can run on social and in paid campaigns, pointing back to the same engine.
Online travel agencies set their own rules on video, format and price mentions; check them before adding a film to a listing. We deliver in landscape 16:9, the simplest format to place on a website, a lobby screen or a presentation.
In reception or the lobby, the film plays on a loop without sound. It can quietly introduce what guests may not have found yet: the spa, the bar, an excursion the hotel arranges.

Preparing your photosIdeally ten photos or more: the entrance or exterior, two or three rooms, a bathroom, shared spaces, pool or spa, the restaurant, and a few details that carry your character, such as linen, ceramics or the garden.

The film only shows what is there. No sea view if the rooms face the courtyard; no infinity pool if the pool is a classic one. With fewer photos, describe the property and we will quote; a PDF brochure helps. Pictures of people need the consent of those in them.

Working with the seasonsA seasonal hotel is not selling the same thing in April as in August.
+
A seasonal hotel is not selling the same thing in April as in August. One film can carry the reopening, another a winter break or a spa offer. Each starts from photos taken in the season it describes.
Essential, 15 seconds with music, is enough to announce an opening or an offer. Signature, 30 and 15 seconds with a synthetic voiceover in one language, suits the home page. Prestige, 60, 30 and 15 seconds with a synthetic voiceover in two languages and the social launch kit, serves properties with an international clientele. A year-long series is a Maison project, on quote.
Winter photos of a summer property rarely help. If a season has never been photographed, it is worth a quick shoot before you brief us.

How a project runsYou send photos and a brief.
+
You send photos and a brief. We write a shot-by-shot script for your approval before production starts. The images are then made, edited and colour-graded by hand, with music and, depending on the package, sound design and voice.
Your feedback covers accuracy, tone and the closing message. Essential and Signature include two rounds of revisions, Prestige three. Nobody comes on site, so your guests never meet a camera in the corridor.
If several people need to sign off, such as the owner, the general manager and a brand team, gather their notes into one reply per round. It keeps the film coherent and the schedule calm.
Example: a coastal guesthouse ahead of summer
A fictional brief. A six-room guesthouse on the coast wants more direct bookings before the summer. It sends fifteen photos: the whitewashed front, three rooms, the garden, the breakfast terrace, the pool, a bicycle by the gate and the lane down to the sea.
We would suggest Signature: a 30-second film for the home page, next to the booking button, and a 15-second cut-down for social.
Shot by shot: morning light on the front, breakfast laid out on the terrace, the pool still and empty, a room with shutters half open, the lane to the sea in late sun, then the guesthouse name and an invitation to book direct.

Questions and answers
What does a hotel promotional video cost?
Hotels use our Venue film, from €1,090 excl. VAT: Essential at €1,090, Signature at €1,790 and Prestige at €2,990, all excl. VAT. The hotel benchmark on our pricing page puts a hotel film at €2,000 to €5,000 with a freelancer and €10,000 to €30,000 with an agency.
Which photos should a hotel send?
Ideally ten or more, all recent: exterior, rooms, bathroom, shared spaces, pool or spa, restaurant and a few decorative details. The photos from your website or listings are fine if they are sharp. With fewer images, tell us about the property and we will quote.
Can the film go on our OTA listings?
That depends on each platform, which sets its own rules on format and content. The film is delivered in landscape 16:9, ready for your website, booking engine and screens. Check each platform's conditions before you upload, and mention them in the brief so we can plan for them.
We are a spa hotel. Should the spa have its own film?
It can. A spa often has its own clientele, including local day guests, and deserves its own photos and message. If you are planning films for the rooms, the spa and the restaurant, Maison lets us organise them as one series, on quote.
How are the images actually made?
We generate the images with AI from your photos of the property; editing and colour grading are then done by hand. Every shot is checked against your references: room sizes, views and facilities must match what guests will find when they arrive, and anything that drifts is corrected.
