Online, nobody can pick the product up. A video has to answer what a shopper would check in a store: the fabric, the fit, the detail that justifies the price. We build it from your packshots and lifestyle images, for your shop, your ads and the marketplaces you sell on.

Where the doubt sits: the product pageThe product page is where hesitation costs the most.

The product page is where hesitation costs the most. A short film beside the stills shows what a still can only suggest: how a fabric falls, how a finish catches light, how big an object really is.

It must match the item being sold. Same colour, same cut, same materials, same accessories. A customer who receives something different sends it back, and returns eat margin quickly. Accuracy is not a detail here; it is the whole brief.

On mobile, video often starts muted. So the first frame shows the whole product, sharp and recognisable; the details follow, and the brand name closes the film once interest is there.

Paid social and adsIn a feed, the film has one second to stop the scroll.

In a feed, the film has one second to stop the scroll. Essential, 15 seconds with music, is built for that. Signature adds a 30-second film, a 15-second cut-down, sound design and a synthetic voiceover in one language, which helps when the product needs a little explaining.

One film can serve more than one campaign: a version for people discovering the brand, another for visitors who have already seen the page. The closing line changes; the product stays exactly the same.

Ad platforms have their own rules on format and content. Every film is delivered in landscape 16:9, so check your intended placements before a campaign goes live. Vertical placements need their own planning.

Marketplaces and launchesEach marketplace sets its own terms for video: length, on-screen text, claims, links.

Each marketplace sets its own terms for video: length, on-screen text, claims, links. We write with those limits in mind from the start, rather than trimming afterwards.

For a launch, Prestige delivers 60, 30 and 15 seconds, a synthetic voice in two languages and the social launch kit. The long version sits on the collection page; the short ones run in ads and listings. Send photos of production samples, not prototypes, so the film shows what customers will receive.

Timing matters. Plan the film once production samples exist, so it is ready the day the product page goes live rather than a week after the first orders.

Hybrid film · fictional concept

Demonstration concept: a jacket, from packshot to collar detail to the garment worn in the street. It is a product page set in motion; no client brand appears in it.

AI-generated film made from photos, finished by hand. English, adaptable to your language Our approach and its limits

Photos per productIdeally ten or more for each product: front, back and side packshots, close-ups of details, the label or logo, and lifestyle or on-model shots if you have them.

Ideally ten or more for each product: front, back and side packshots, close-ups of details, the label or logo, and lifestyle or on-model shots if you have them. A neutral background helps, but sharpness and accurate colour matter more.

Reflective, transparent and very dark items need careful photography; glass and black leather lose detail fast. With fewer photos, describe the product and we will quote; a spec sheet in PDF is welcome. Product claims, such as composition or performance, are your responsibility and must be substantiated.

Send your brand guidelines too: logo files, typefaces and any colour references. They keep the closing frame consistent with the rest of your shop.

Catalogues and rangesOne package covers one film.

One package covers one film. For a collection, several colourways or a range of references, you can either order several films from the price list or ask for a Maison quote: one series, written and graded as a whole, with the same music and pace across products.

Either way, each reference needs its own photos. We never recolour a product to fake a second colourway, because the customer would receive something they never saw.

A range series also makes a collection page feel deliberate. Shoppers moving from one product to the next see the same light and rhythm, and the brand reads as one.

Example: a ceramic lamp on pre-order

A fictional brief. An online homeware brand is opening pre-orders for a ceramic table lamp. It sends thirteen photos: front and side packshots, the glaze in close-up, the linen shade, the switch, the base, and five shots of the lamp in a living room at night.

We would suggest Signature: the 30-second film for the product page, the 15-second cut-down for paid social, with a short voice announcing the pre-order.

Shot by shot: the lamp on a neutral ground, a slow move across the glaze, the shade catching light, a hand on the switch, the lamp glowing in a room at dusk, then the brand name and the pre-order line.

Questions and answers

What do e-commerce video ads cost?

They use our Product film, from €890 excl. VAT: Essential at €890, Signature at €1,490 and Prestige at €2,490, all excl. VAT. The social launch kit costs €290, or €590 tailored, excl. VAT, and comes included with Prestige for launches that need captions and a posting plan.

How many photos do you need per product?

Ideally ten or more: packshots from several angles, close-ups of materials and details, the label, and a few lifestyle or on-model images if possible. If you have fewer, describe the product and we will quote based on what you already have.

We have forty SKUs. How does that work?

Each film starts from one package. For a range, you can order several films from the price list, or ask for a Maison quote for a series planned as a whole, with shared writing, music and grading. Every SKU still needs its own set of photos.

Will the film meet marketplace requirements?

It is delivered in landscape 16:9. Each marketplace has its own rules on length, on-screen text and claims, so check them before uploading, and list them in your brief. We take them into account from the first draft of the script.

Is the video made with AI?

Yes. AI generates the shots from your packshots, then we edit and colour-grade the film by hand. Colour, cut and finish are compared with your packshots at each stage, so the product on screen is exactly the one you actually sell and ship.
