Restaurant and bar video in Winnipeg for the table before the curtain
The Exchange District puts restaurants within walking distance of the Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre, the Centennial Concert Hall and the Pantages Playhouse. On a performance night, a table is booked around a curtain time, and the drink afterwards depends on where people end up when the house lights come on. Notlith makes restaurant and bar films from your own photographs, remotely, with AI-assisted motion, editing and sound, for kitchens that serve that rhythm.

Dinner with a clock on the wall
A ticket holder deciding where to eat has one question the usual food video ignores: will I make it to my seat? If you seat early diners, offer a shorter pre-show menu or bring the bill without being asked, the film should say so in the first seconds, over images of your room as it looks at half past five.
Walking time to the venue appears only if you give it to us and it holds in February as well as June. We do not use theatre or orchestra logos, production photos or show titles unless the company has approved them, and we avoid any suggestion of an official partnership you do not have.

Courses that fit before the overture
A pre-show menu is usually tighter than the full card, so the film shows those plates and no others. Send photos of each course as your kitchen actually sends it out; we animate the steam, a sauce being spooned or a glass being filled, while portion, garnish and plateware stay exactly as a guest will see them.
Seasonal changes to the set menu are easy to carry if we plan for them. Dish names and courses sit in editable text, and a new photo of a replaced plate can be swapped into the sequence without rebuilding the film when your chef changes the menu for a new production run.

When the house lights come up
After the show, the same audience is looking for a drink, a dessert or a late plate, and the bar becomes the main character. A second cut can open on the counter, the backlit bottles and the corner table where people talk about the second act. If your kitchen stays open late, that belongs in the text.
We build that atmosphere from your photos of the bar as it is, with light and slow movement, not a generated crowd. Cocktails shown are ones on your list, and any alcohol messaging stays within the advertising rules that apply in Manitoba, which you confirm on your side.

Following the season announcements
Theatre, ballet, opera and symphony seasons are announced ahead of time, and openings bring short waves of bookings. Your film can follow them by changing only the end card: a line about early seating for an opening week, or a reminder that you take reservations on matinee days, if you do.
Files come vertical for social posts and reels, square for your newsletter and wide for your website or a screen near the entrance. A French version, written by native speakers, suits guests coming across the river from Saint-Boniface.

Plan the details
Can the film mention the show that is playing?
Only with the producing company's agreement. Without it, we refer to performance nights in general and keep titles, logos and production photos out of the film.
Can you film a service on a show night?
No. We do not send crews. We work from your photographs, or from a session you book with a local photographer, and we will list the shots we need before it.
Will the food look better than it does?
It should look like your plate on a good night, not a different plate. We keep portions, colours and garnish faithful to your photos and send you each dish for approval.
Can we use one film for both dinner and late drinks?
We usually make two cuts from one set of photos: an early, calmer dinner version and a late bar version, each with its own text and end card.
