Explain one service clearly, then plan any French version around the same approved process and its own natural wording.

Choose the audience for each version
Ottawa Tourism describes the city’s francophone culture, including Vanier and Orléans. For a business service, our proposed approach is to decide which audience each version serves before recording narration or locking captions. This English page does not imply that a French film is included automatically.
Supply the approved service name in each commissioned language. A direct word-for-word conversion may make a form label or professional term harder to recognise. Keep the customer’s actual next step consistent across versions.

Use one process with separate language approvals
Map the request, review and delivery stages first. Prepare non-sensitive examples that can be used in both versions without exposing customer details. If the interface itself differs by language, supply both sets of screens.
Allow room for captions to vary in length. A French sentence may need different timing; do not force it into an English edit at unreadable speed. Name an approver for each language and record any terminology decisions before finishing.
Keep the handoff as clear as the narration
Test the call to action against the corresponding service page. A French-language film should not unexpectedly send someone to an unexplained English-only form. Where a language is unavailable, state the limitation rather than hide it.
Notlith works remotely on creative direction, hybrid imagery, editing, colour and sound. The quote specifies each language, format and version. No Ottawa office or local crew is implied.

Our films go beyond products: dining room, terrace, suite or office, we showcase your space from your own images.

Preparing your film
Are two languages included?
Only if both are in the agreed scope. We list versions separately in the quote.
Can one recording serve both versions?
Source material may be shared, but narration, captions and interface labels need their own review.
What should we approve first?
The process and bilingual terminology before timing the final edits.
