Notlith · Brussels
Real estate videos for Brussels properties
A property film should make an unfamiliar place easier to understand. Notlith creates hybrid, AI-assisted presentations remotely from your photographs, with controlled movement, editing and sound. For a Brussels listing reaching buyers or tenants abroad, we organise the information around the actual rooms and their relationship. The result supports the listing; it does not replace a viewing, a floor plan or verified property documentation.
Remote production · From your photos

Establish the route through the property
Start with a plan if one is available, then label photographs by room and viewing direction. We can introduce the entrance, main living space and other relevant rooms in a comprehensible order. A flat in the Marolles should be presented according to its own layout, not assumptions about the neighbourhood. The edit must not connect two attractive views in a way that implies a doorway or corridor that does not exist.

Use modest movement to protect spatial accuracy
Doors, window frames and reflections are particularly sensitive when still photographs become moving images. We assess which views support a subtle camera movement and which should stay closer to the original. Several angles help us understand a room, but missing evidence is not permission to extend it. Your review focuses on geometry, fixtures and sightlines; our selection removes sequences that alter those essential features or create misleading extra space.

Separate the current interior from a proposal
A furniture concept can help discuss how to introduce an explicitly imagined arrangement. It must be labelled as a furnishing proposal, not treated as a photograph of the property. The chair demo is fictional and illustrates only a design approach. If you want to compare an empty room with a proposed layout, we keep the transition and captions clear and do not imply that furniture or finishes are included in the transaction.

Describe Brussels without inventing proximity
International viewers may know the European Quarter or the Sablon but not the location of your listing. A verified area label and your own neighbourhood photographs can provide context. We avoid stock-looking city imagery that suggests a particular view from the windows. Distances, transport details and access statements require your confirmation. A city name helps orient the buyer; it is not a substitute for a precise address and supporting information.

Deliver a presentation suited to the listing
A full version can accompany the property page, while a short introduction may invite people to read the details. We agree the required formats before framing so that useful architectural features are not cropped away. Photographs should show the current condition, with any renovations or temporary staging identified. The quote covers the selected property, versions and review stages; it does not include a guarantee of enquiries, sale speed or price.

Plan the details
Can the video be used to measure a room?
No. Generated motion and edited images are not a measuring tool. Refer viewers to the verified plan, relevant documents and a physical visit for spatial and technical checks.
Can you remove a permanent defect from the images?
We do not use the film to disguise the actual condition. Any treatment must preserve the information a viewer needs to understand what is being offered.
Can a developer show a future interior?
An explicitly identified concept may be considered from approved design references. We keep it distinct from completed property photographs and do not imply that the proposed result already exists.
Do you work with agents outside Brussels?
The remote process can support an authorised agent presenting a Brussels property from elsewhere. What matters is access to accurate references, rights to use them and a person who can verify the listing.

Send the current photographs, room labels and intended listing use. Identify any proposed works separately so we can keep the presentation clear.
